Summary: My family loved the house! Very clean and well kept. The outdoor space was so nice too! The location was great- quiet, comfortable neighborhood with an easy walk to a park for our kiddos!

Summary: Everyone felt at home during our stay. We had plenty of room to all sit and visit and play games. Sits on a quiet street with large backyard and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Summary: We were in town for a convention at the Broadmoor. We were looking for something off-site but a quick walk or uber. This fit all of our needs. The updated spaces, finishes, and layout made be feel as though I was staying in a mountain retreat. The natural light and windows were incredible. If you're looking for a place in CO springs close to the mountains or Broadmoor, look no futher.

Summary: It was in a prime location for our visit. Teresa was a great host who was willing to help in any way. We never got to meet her because she really had everything so neatly organized. Beautiful home. Appreciate the hospitality.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights in June and absolutely loved our time at this house. The owner has added so many thoughtful little things that made our stay effortless and comfortable. The kids loved the welcome snacks and drinks and we loved the cute coffee area with travel cups we took on morning walks. There were bath products to use in the showers, nice appliances, a very well stocked kitchen, laundry area, nice seating outside and towels for the hot tub. We couldn't think of anything we wanted for and would definitely return if we come back to Colorado Springs! The house has been very recently updated. Everything was clean and in good order. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The beautiful rock designs in the newly landscaped yard make it a very zen place to unwind. If you are staying in Colorado Springs, this is a great place to be!

Summary: The property was perfect for our stay. We had a convention that was coincidentally near the property. The hot tub was well maintained. Having the coffee was awesome for our arrival after a 1000 mile ride. Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed having the garage for our 3 motorcycles. Great time. Great host

Summary: The house is just as pictured, clean, bright, and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is within 10 minutes easy driving of most of Colorado Springs' major attractions, the Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, 7 Falls, the cog rail. The hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day. We didn't have children with us but the house was ready for them with child sized plates, sippy cups, and a cute child sized table. The kitchen was very well appointed and we really appreciated the bottled water in the fridge and the snacks. We would most definitely stay here again.

Summary: The property is just as pictured, updated, clean, and adorable! It is very well appointed with a kitchen stocked with water bottles and other beverages, great coffee bar, and snacks. The bath towels are fluffy and the sheets are soft. The location is great for some of Colorado Springs most popular attractions, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, the Zoo, the cog rail to Pikes Peak. The hot tub was very relaxing after our busy days. We loved our stay in this property.
