Summary: The house is nice. Newly renovated and spacious. The description listed was accurate. The one thing I would add is that it’s on busy street. Our dogs like to run out with us and big concerns that they would run into the busy road. The house sets back a ways but it was still a concern. There was outside surveillance so that was a plus. The backyard is fenced in with a huge patio the length of the house and grill. Off to the side of the house there’s a pretty descent size shaded yard. It looks like they started to build a gazebo but the grass is a work in progress. There’s a lot of dirt with the grass so when it rains it’s muddy and can be tracked in the house. This will definitely be nice once grass grows in thick. Back to the inside, the stairs have gates at the bottom and top so it’s child and dog proof. Upstairs is cute. There’s a half bathroom a nice area to sit and watch tv and then a bedroom with twin beds. This is a great area for the kids or adults to have their own space. Back downstairs, the bedrooms are spacious. The bed could sit up higher. I’m 5 feet so if it’s low for me, well you get where going. The bathroom downstairs has a nice big shower. We unfortunately had plumbing issues with the toilet the first night. Anthony called out a plumber to resolve the issue. The dining room is nice long dining room table. I could see nice holiday gatherings here. Our host Anthony was very attentive, checked in and made sure we could reach him. We would stay again.
