Summary: This cottage is Comfortable, clean and fully stocked on a private street with a beautiful short walk to the beach. We were only 2 but house could easily sleep up to 8 guests. Large backyard with tranquil outdoor setting firepit and Barbeque. Host is very responsive welcoming and helpful. The nearby Main street has many restaurants and shops as well as Wine vineyards. Will definitely be booking again in future. We found a new love and that is Jamesport. Thank you Kelly!

Summary: Nice home good amenities. Location was perfect as it was about 1 mile from where my family was having a wedding. Walking distance to the beach was a plus although we did have weather for beach going. Comments made to the host were all well received. Would recommend.

Summary: We had a lovely time at this cottage. Close to the wineries and lots of great restaurants. Great yard and patio to sit outside and relax.

Summary: We had a wonderful two week stay! The house is very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need, lots of space to spread out, a lovely backyard, and the street it's on is beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the beach at the end of the road. It's almost completely private and is very peaceful. A great base for exploring the North Fork. Hope to come again.

Summary: This cute cottage just off the beautiful Peconic Bay in Jamesport was perfect for or family of 4. We could walk to the water to paddle board, enjoy the quaint restaurants and vineyards of the North Fork or relax by the fire in the yard - plus it’s leas than 30 minutes from the ocean or Greenport. Highly recommend this property and Kelly as a host!

Summary: The property was in the perfect location close to the main road but quiet. The basement was a perfect place to chill, workout, or just be by yourself. Kelly was extremely responsive, my husband wanted to take an outdoor shower but couldn’t get it to work. I contacted Kelly and she immediately came over to help. We would recommend Kelly’s property

Summary: The house was exactly as it was described. It was clean and very roomy and comfortable. Close walk to the beach and many wineries was a plus for this house. Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely rent again. We loved it.
