Positive: Your advertisement photo was misleading as it showed a fireplace. We chose your house because of the fireplace which we thought we could be able to use. Unfortunately, the wood fire was only a decoration. Very disappointing we could not use the wood fire. Very noisy traffic from the trucks and cars using the highway.
Negative: Most other amenities were good. Great oven. Nice wine glasses.

Positive: The 3 bedroom house was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults (3 couples). The bathroom is newly renovated and lovely - the shower is great. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which made things much more practical. There was ample street parking outside of the house. There is parking in the driveway of the house, but it is narrow and uneven to park on. Supermarkets are walking distance from the house. We enjoyed our stay at the house, it worked well for us. Max is a very helpful and attentive host. I would recommend this house to others.
Negative: The kitchen appears to be the only section of the house that has not yet been renovated, and it could certainly do with a renovation, as it it old and less functional than the rest of the house. The house is a bit draughty on windy days, but it is manageable. It can be a bit noisy. I'm not sure if the windows are double glazed or not, but road noise from the main road about a block away, especially from the trucks, is very noticeable overnight.
Summary: Comfortable and spacious house close to everything.
