Just minutes to the Door County line, this property is conveniently located 20 minutes from either Sturgeon Bay or Green Bay for your vacation adventures. The bay view is stunning, with deck space for relaxing and access to the bay for swimming, or just floating the day away.

There are no boats, life jackets, or floats available to be used by guests
The shoreline is rocky but there is a staircase to get into the water.
Water shoes are suggested as the shoreline is made of rocks and shells.
UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WILL BE NO DOCK AVAILABLE FOR 2022.
The unauthorized use by guests of owner's personal property, which is not included in the rental, including by example and not limitation boats, jet-ski’s, other recreational watercraft, ATVs, snowmobiles, riding lawnmowers and other such
items, is prohibited, unless specifically authorized - in writing - as part of the Rental Agreement. Any unauthorized use of any such property will incur a fine of $1,000 or actual cost of damages, whichever is higher, and will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Red River County Park is located at the end of the street and has a beach for swimming
Dyckesville Kwik Stop in Dyckesville (5 mins away) is a smaller grocery store. Festival Foods on University Drive in Green Bay (20 mins) is a full grocery store.
Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Summary: We stayed a couple nights in October. We were gone during the days and it was a very cozy spot to come home to at night. We really enjoyed our stay. Well appointed and clean with a great view.

Summary: Good stay for a trip to visit Green Bay and Door County. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood by the waterfront. Beautiful sunset views. We appreciated the amenities this rental had, such as a well functioning AC, reasonable internet, plenty of towels, and starter kitchen cleaning supplies. Some caveats (speaking from a summer visit experience): - There are a lot of bugs on the property exterior, especially at night near the porch light. The nights we arrived home after sunset, the entire door plus a 2 ft. radius was covered in bugs. Subsequently on entry, my significant other and I had to spend 1-2 hours killing bugs that flew into the house. - The tap water (e.g. especially in the bathroom/shower) has a very strong metallic/iron smell. We did not feel safe enough to brush our teeth with it. - Bathroom has spiders; we killed 3-5 on a daily basis. - Cleaning of the rental was surface level; lots of cobwebs around the house, some food residue on dining table, etc. - Outside patio as displayed listing photos is no longer present; replaced with thin gravel.

Summary: This cabin is wonderful, located in a very nice community and right on Green Bay. The amenities are perfect; kitchen is well-appointed and a washer & dryer while traveling are always welcome. I enjoyed fantastic weather during my early-June stay. I never needed conditioned air, leaving the upstairs windows open all the time. Nothing better than cool nights falling asleep to waves lapping on the shore. Door County has much to offer: wineries, breweries, state parks, light houses, museums and more. I definitely hope to return some day for another stay.

Summary: We didn’t let the inconsistencies of the post make us have a bad time. The pictures need to be updated. The deck in the back is completely gone and replaced with pea gravel and half the yard was dirt/trying to grow grass. The fire pit area is nothing like the pictures either. Birch tree has been long removed so there is no hammock. Also if you plan on working remotely from here, the WiFi would only let me connect with one device at a time. Overall it was a great time. Gorgeous views of the sunset.

Summary: This house was charming, with beautiful bay views and a little sand beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids especially loved listening to records on the record player! The only negatives were 1) the outside of the home could use cleaning/ bug removal, and 2) there was some road noise from the highway, which is fairly close. We would stay here again if in the area!

Summary: The property was beautiful! I wish we stayed longer. There was a little beach area which was a surprise to me. It would have been great if the dock was set up. There were a lot of spiders on the outside seating and eating area so we couldn’t really use those spaces. We tried to clean it but it just became an impossible battle since the spiders would just come back at night and build their webs again. Despite that I would still go back to the property just because of the view and the house was really nice inside. Inside was very cozy and the open concept was great.
