Summary: This place was AMAZING and the online pictures do not do this place justice. Mrs.Amanda and her family were very sweet to us. Even when we had a small hiccup, they got on it immediately, and even gifted a card to us to show their concern was genuine. I would more than happily stay here again. Thank you, Mrs.Amanda for being an amazing host with great communication.

Summary: Found the serene Dandelion Cottage via Orbitz, but had to sign up with Vrbo to better communicate with Host Amanda; eventually we just texted. Needed a place close to my Austin dau's home; this was the best for proximity & price during crazy SXSW... a delightful find. The location is fortunately not exactly as Google Maps puts the address. Entry instructions were texted clearly. Although we never met, Amanda was very responsive and attentive! We happened to meet neighbor Brent and other family members in our birdwalks around the place. All were very welcoming, helpful, and never intrusive. There are other cottages nearby, but all neighbors were respectful and very quiet. The furnished Cottage is best for 1 or 2 persons, with parking for a large vehicle, not for an RV. Nice touches: decor, bottled water, an odd minimal selection of Kcup-type coffees, a few DVDs & a player. The queen bed&pillows were very comfortable! The TV gets a variety of stations. (No laundry.) We enjoyed the nearby cows and the DARK night skies! We would definitely return to this calming Cottage!

Summary: Wonderful little place. Great sunrises and sunsets. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great for 1-2 people. Would highly recommend. May want to book through VRBO directly.

Summary: Wow! This cute little cottage was such a perfect place to getaway from the chaotic busyness of life, yet it was minutes away from the conveniences of the city. The sunsets were beautiful, the bead-board, the furnishings, the decor, and even the reading material and movie selections made our stay extra-special. We will definitely return.
