Welcome to Meadow Cottage, a delightful retreat nestled on a historic homestead in the heart of Bridgehampton. This charming property, just a ten-minute walk from town, boasts a unique combination of historical elegance and modern comfort.
The estate features the main house, a Dutch colonial residence occupied by the owners, a captivating 1750 barn, and various accessory buildings. The guest cottage, tucked away at the rear of the property, offers serene views of open farmlands, ensuring a fully private and tranquil escape.
The guest cottage is enclosed by its own privet and gates, featuring a newly installed gunite pool (exclusive to the guest house) with lounging chairs, Adirondack chairs and dining table. Bikes and beach chairs are readily available in the nearby shed for your leisure.
Inside the cottage, discover a king-size custom bed, a spacious closet, a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. A designated parking spot adds to the convenience of your stay.
Perfectly positioned between Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Southampton, Bridgehampton offers easy access to local gems such as Wolffer's Vineyard, Round Swamp, Loaves and Fishes, and Pikes Farm Stand. Summary: The Cottage was perfect!! Better than staying at a hotel!! Complete privacy and view of open field with wild turkey's and deer. Everything one would need. Access to bikes, beach chairs and towels and plenty of literature of places to venture out to. We were there for a wedding and it couldn't be more perfect, private and cozy. Will definitely stay there again when we are in town.

Summary: We had such a lovely week at Naimy’s adorable and private one-room cottage - a perfect location to work remotely and 15 minute bike rides to the gorgeous Sagg beach or vinyards. Incredibly clean and cosy, with everything we needed!

Summary: My husband and I had 5 perfect days at this Bridgehampton cottage. The cottage is immaculate and has everything you need for a Hamptons getaway. It is bright and cheery and ideally located close to town and beautiful beaches. Already planning our next visit!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful week-long stay at this property. I thought it looked very nice in the listing, but it exceeded our expectations. It is set on a beautiful piece of property, with the cottage facing a large field and it was extremely private. It is tastefully decorated, the bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. It is perfectly situated near the town, great beaches and several excellent farmstands. Naimy was very considerate and a wonderful host who gave us complete privacy, but was also available and responsive if we did reach out. We hope to return again. A great find!

Summary: Location is great for biking to the beach. Kitchenette only; but in close proximity to multiple farm stands and prepared food stores. Owners put a lot of care into maintaining the cottage. We found the cottage to be extremely clean.
