Summary: The property itself was not only super clean but also very homey and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. From the little details within the home to being accommodating to a last minute change of schedule for us, they were amazing. We will definitely keep this on our list when visiting Tulsa again!

Summary: Spotless! Adorable! Homey! Darling decor, great location with privacy and a country feel while being only 15 minutes from downtown Tulsa. We wanted for nothing because the owners had thought of everything! Their communications were second to none. In fact, they were always a step of ahead of our questions. If it sounds like I'm gushing, it's because I am! This was, by far, our best VRBO experience to date. Don't hesitate. It is worth every penny in more ways than I can describe!

Summary: Larry and Donna have this little place so wonderfully equipped and decorated. It was so comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect place for us to stay and we loved it. It was very charming and inviting. We grilled hamburgers and made s’mores around the fire pit. Everyone had such a pleasant stay and we couldn’t remember the last time we enjoyed such a relaxing evening. We would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Summary: I honestly don't know where to start. I must say that from the moment the home was booked, communication has been top tier. Ms. Donna was courteous enough to take photos of landmarks to help guide us to the home at night. She even turned the lights on in the home so we didn't have to walk into a dark house. We've taken several trips to Tulsa and have stayed at other rentals, but this home is our new favorite. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Ms. Donna and Mr Larry!

Summary: We came to Tulsa to visit family and attend a funeral for my sister. The funeral home was only 10 minutes away which made everything easier than having a long drive and trying to attend a funeral. The host let us check in early and check out late and even left us fresh biscuits and homegrown eggs which we enjoyed for breakfast. This was such a relaxing spot and helped us during our time of grief. Highly recommended spot. We will be back whenever we can to see family who lives in Sand Springs.

Summary: We flew to Tulsa to visit kids & grandkids from St Louis for Memorial Day weekend. This was the second time staying at this property and again it did not disappoint!!! It’s a charming 3 BR home that’s so cozy you feel relaxed and at home!! The grandchildren loved Blaze, the chickens, roosters and the occasional turtle visitors. The home is well cared for and we will always choose this home for future visits. Thank you Larry & Donna for your hospitality and flexibility.
