Summary: Spent a couple days at this lovely little cottage. We were able to explore on our bikes and visited Gooseberry Island. The weather cooperated, and we were able to get all we needed at the local market (Lees is AWESOME). The cottage was spotless, the bed was comfy, and we appreciated the water dispenser. The host was very upfront about the sometimes brackish water, which was the only downside - to our entire stay.

Summary: Husband I had a lovely time exploring the southern MA and RI coastal towns, eating fresh seafood, and visiting with family. The cottage was the perfect home base, close to the beach, walking trails, and ocean air. Clean and tidy too!

Summary: We just stayed a week there for the second summer in a row. The main draw is that it’s a lovely, well appointed cottage in a part of Westport where it’s very very difficult to get building permits. I love hearing the waves from the patio. I love biking to Horseneck Beach. I love feeling very remote. And it is remote. So there is no municipal water. This cottage uses well water which was a bit of a learning curve for me after always having tap water.

Summary: Adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood, enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with my coffee. Owner responded quickly when we were unable to use water dispenser, tried to have another delivered but told us it was ok to just take the top off to use it due to delivery not available that day. Overall was a pleasant stay

Summary: This cottage is a perfect place for beach lovers. I highly recommend bringing a bike so you can explore around the area. It is also an easy way to go to the beach since you need a Westport Parking Permit for some of the beaches. Although Horseneck State beach is a short distance and parking is reasonably priced. Bring your water shoes as the beaches are rocky but the waves and water are fabulous. The cottage was well equipped with everything you need. The AC worked perfect during the hot and humid days and is very quiet. The host was responsive and answered all my questions. Thank you for all the thought put into the cottage!
