Comfortable home in beautiful neighborhood. Our home is perfect for families, vacations, and work-related travel. You'll find:

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, each with a queen beds (one with luxury memory foam & one high end pillow-top). Brightly lit bathroom has a clawfoot tub/ shower. The basement level is semi-finished with a newly added 3/4 bathroom (shower), and a quiet den area with a queen bed for a quiet nights sleep. The basement also has a full-size clothes washer and dryer.
The fully fenced backyard is great for dogs and families too. Weber grill, large patio with table, and covered porch area with a swing.
Upon request, we can offer one off-street-parking spot in the driveway, and there is ample additional free street parking in front of the house.
Located in Central Clintonville, just a two minute walk to High St and over ten restaurants within a few blocks, including local favorites like Katalina's, Dough Mama, NorthStar, Kirin Noodle and five different options for Pizza. Walk to a grocery store, Park of Roses, four playgrounds, and the bike path - all within just1/2 mile. A Saturday farmers market runs May-October right at the end of the block, too.

Summary: The stay was great, good location to the festival we were attending. Neighbors were very nice. My only issue is that the house was not clean. It was awesome Kroger was really close, had to buy cleaning supplies. The kitchen counters were very dirty, stuck on food, bread crumbs, large spider webs in all corners of the kitchen counters. The refrigerator was disgusting. The upstairs bathroom, soap scum and long red hair in the tub, toilet bowl with yellow film in bowl, not the biggest deal, but shows not clean. Pulled back the sheets on the two beds we used, dirt where your feet lay, sheets smelled like butt, had to wash everything. It’s bad when you leave a house cleaner than you found it. Hope the cleaning fee we paid will help the next people to stay have a cleaner house than we did. So after all is clean the stay was nice. Also a bit annoyed that the only television was in the musky basement, glad I brought the iPad. Thank you for the stay, overall not bad.
