3 Bedroom House in Tucson

Enjoy the local attractions and amenities or spend the day in the heated pool (optional, please read full description). We have a dedicated work space, foosball table, arcade cabinets and a fully equipped kitchen.
Beautiful views of the Rincon mountains and pool from the kitchen and dining room. Spend time outdoors with propane grill and picnic table, to make the most of your visit. End the day relaxing by the firepit and stargazing.
The space
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space is suitable for 5-6 guests.
The living room has a smart TV and board games.
Our kitchen has a coffee pot, toaster, blender and other essential items.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a full-size dresser, large closet and smart TV.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
The backyard has a large pool. We also have corn hole, horseshoes and a large Jenga set.
We provide various household items such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The laundry facilities are available for use.
If you're looking to book a space for a party, our home is not the place. We must remain respectful of our neighbors and community. Any gatherings are limited to the guests you have booked upon reservation.
Guest access
An access code will be sent on the morning of check-in. Check in is at 3 pm. There is a two vehicle carport, driveway and street parking available. Our home has a video doorbell, as well as an outdoor camera in the backyard; these are only used to provide safety and security for our guests and our home, they are not to be tampered with for any reason.
Other notes
*The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day, payment is expected prior to arrival. If you would like to utilize the pool heater, the request needs to be made prior to arrival. No refunds will be provided for this option.

Summary: We spent 10 nights in this home. It was nice and clean. We arrived an hour early and were able to get in early. Communication was good with the owners. Although, I am still convinced we paid for the pool to be heated and it was very cold. The pool person didn’t show up at all during our stay either. My husband played pool cleaner… My issue was the lack of kitchen cooking equipment. I’m not sure it’s because we are Canadian or what but we cook 2 meals minimum in our rental homes. That’s the main reason we rent a house not a hotel room. For us, 2 teaspoons and no steak knives doesn’t work. Frying pans and pot availability was practically zero and what there was, were gross. They are clean now lol. There isn’t a full set of utensils or anything else. Staples were there. Also, there’s a weird “air mattress” on the master bedroom bed that was very uncomfortable. There is a neighbour 2 doors down with plastic bags for car windows that drives back and forth in the alley. Which was kind of unsettling. We felt safe except for that. The games are a great addition to the house. Beautiful kitchen windows and nice yard. There isn’t any chaise lounges or really any pool chairs. The outdoor games were used everyday. Even in the rain! I would rent this home again when coming to visit my boys at UA.

Summary: We love to plan a family celebration for Thanksgiving. Since most of us work in retail or the medical field we like to celebrate a little early. This home was wonderful for all of us. We brought our furry friends and hand wonderful bonding time. The entire home was cosy and comfortable. We all loved the pool wich we had heated for our enjoyment. We hade a very tasty dinner in the wonderfully supplied kitchen. We look forward to another trip in the future.

Summary: What a great landing spot for the weekend while visiting Tucson! Michaela and Kurt were both super helpful and communicative about the property, check in was a breeze, and the heated pool was super nice. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay of 7 days. The location is convenient with good access to many areas. The house is comfortable, the beds were amazing. Pool table is a bit worn but worked fine for our purposes. Two things that need to be aware of: heating of pool is additional and the hosts request insurance. We paid for the pool to be heated but found the water to be on the cool side. There are cameras recording your outdoor actives. We are not fans of cameras watching every move made at the pool....I understand a front door camera but the additional surveillance seemed unnecessary. Hosts had open communication and addressed all questions.

Summary: Description is accurate. Myself and my family enjoyed every minute here. The shower in the main bedroom is amazing. Kitchen is pretty stocked and we appreciated having an actual coffee pot😁. The owners have been great with communication with questions ect... Would definitely recommend....

Summary: It was our first time in Arizona and we loved every minute of it. Our stay in Tucson was made better by the great home we stayed in. Our hosts were very quick to communicate with us and the property was everything we expected. not only did we have a lot to explore in the area, but the house also offered lots of fun things to do. We would very much love to come back in the future!! Thank you!!

Summary: House was clean and comfortable with lots of little pluses. Check in was easy and communication was great. Nice big backyard with games and a heated pool. Billiard table inside with lots of board games to keep the kids busy. Beds were super comfy, we had a great stay.
