Summary: The place was nice, my first experience with vrbo and was disappointed in the misleading information that said it was refundable. As soon as I booked I was notified that vrbo fees were taken and non refundable..and expensive at that. The place was really cute, but I do not plan on using vrbo again

Summary: Our family took a short trip to Claytor Lake for some family time with the kids and grandkids. This house was perfect for us. We enjoyed it so much. It was clean and tidy, had all the amenities we needed, including a wonderful yard, amazing playlet and even a mini zip line for the kiddos. We felt safe and secure. And was an easy walk to the lake for fishing and playing. Close enough to the state park to enjoy several days there as well. Thank you.

Summary: The house was equipped with everything needed. Nice location. A bit farther back than I thought. House was very clean. Close to the lake, but not as close as portrayed in the listing. Only complaints are most beds are hard, the volume on the projector didn’t work and it was very warm upstairs. Overall an excellent place to stay. We would come back!

Summary: Property is very isolated & cute. Way back in the stick. The park at the end of the road is a bonus for fishing. The nearest food is about 25-30 minutes away, so be prepared to drive or bring food to make at the house. 10/10 would stay at this property again

Summary: We had a lovely time in this well appointed home. Walking distance to the park and boat launch and a quiet spot for some relaxation. We enjoyed the fire pit and the kids enjoyed the play set!
