Summary: As an evolve home owner I too have my house listed on all 5 sites but Nathan the host got mad because I text his cell and only wanted to message through the app that he wasn’t responding to but he had wrong information for the wi-fi and as I had my 4 grandkids to do our Christmas they needed wifi needless to say he responded back at 9:47 the night before our check out so I feel he did that on purpose but whatever… furthermore I had to wash all sheets prior to use the lack of fabric softener cause static and there was hair on every bed and pillow it was gross and the heat is not a good source for Indiana it was so dry but freezing so we had to live upstairs with the door closed to the steps to just stay warm house was a nice house but I wouldn’t stay again just because host was rude

Summary: The 3 beds were very comfortable. Host did get back to us when I tried but ended up having to call multiple times. The bathrooms and kitchen were functional/nice (though coffee machine WAY too small). Those are the positives. No house number on the house! Code to get into house did not work. our first guest who arrived at 4:00 (check in time) was locked out until the rest of us arrived almost 3 hours later and had to call host more than once just to get in, also wifi code that we double checked also didn't work. House is very VERY sparse. Small uncomfortable couch and only one small chair in living area so the four of us could not all sit comfortably and visit. No lamps in bedrooms just overhead lights. Only one room has charging station. No garbage cans in bedrooms, nothing but 2 side tables in bedrooms, no other comforts or places to store things other than closet. Again sparse. Upstairs open space only had small pull out sofa for the '4th bed' very uncomfortable and it would make much more sense to just supply another bed also had a play mat on floor for kids but nothing else. Neighborhood...well we certainly wouldn't walk the streets at night. Overall, just ok.

Summary: Great place to stay - beds were super comfortable and the entire place was sparkling clean! Good value for a family. The only negative is that some of the surrounding homes in the area are not at the same level as this one. But it is an easy walk to the downtown area/courthouse square, which has some nice improvements.

Summary: My family was there for a wedding in the area. The home was In a good location, extremely clean, everything was great and didn’t have a problem with anything and we really enjoyed our stay and we want to think the owner very very much for letting us use it. Highly recommended 😁
