This charming and adorable old farmhouse is located in an ideal spot in Harpswell. Enjoy the charm of this house with built-in bureaus and shelving, while still offering the modern comforts of home. Fairhaven Farm is located in close proximity to Stover's Point and Mitchell Field. Both are excellent spots for tide exploring and swimming. Fairhaven Farm offers an affordable vacation for families. You will surely want to return after visiting this fantastic home. The kitchen is newly remodeled with updated appliances and fresh paint. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need to create a lovely meal while on vacation. The downstairs offers two dining areas, two living areas, both with satellite TV, a first floor bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with tub, a washer and dryer, as well as a cozy sun porch with adorable white wicker furniture. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is up the stairs and to the right and has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin size bed. And the primary bedroom has a king size bed. Each has new linens and fresh paint. The bedrooms are spacious and layout across the upstairs. All bathrooms in the home are recently updated.

Summary: Lovely Fairhaven Farm, in Harpswell, Maine is beautifully appointed with just about everything you could need in a home away from home. It is a wonderful representation of a traditional Harpswell cottage with ample space for all guests, formal dining, or morning coffee, curling up with a good book, or game night! Not far to go for great hikes, good entertainment, the best lobster, paddling a kayak, or a day at the seashore! We were able to enjoy it all!

Summary: Early Aug great time to stay! Weather was outstanding, as was the location near the south end of Harpswell. A public nature area was right across the street, and the house was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Summary: I would love to own this home and fix it to my liking, not that it wasn’t cute and cozy. I could just imagine fixing up the entire house and all the room that is available. This is someplace we would like to return to. Everything was in good working order. On our last day I did find a roach in the downstairs medicine cabinet and ants on the kitchen floor on a piece of food that was missed.

Summary: We were attending a wedding at Live Well Farm, which is all of 3 houses away from Fairhaven Farm. So--very convenient for all of our activities regarding the wedding. Big fully appointed kitchen, very lovely building, and nice bedrooms. For another family gathering in the Brunswick/Harpswell area --we would most definitely reserve this wonderful place!
