This charming farm house, built in 1880, has been recently modernized while preserving its original character.
Conveniently located in the heart of wine country; on the Lake Michigan Wine Trail. The home is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and offers a first-hand glimpse into the world of viticulture.
The home features four spacious bedrooms located on the 2nd floor (2 King/2 Queen -Simmons Beauty Rest Silver Edition). The main floor features a Den with a sleeper sofa that could also be used to accommodate guests overnight.
The main living room features a 65” hdtv with a built in 1000w 5.1 surround sound system and DISH network HD programming. Dish network is also available in all sleeping areas.
The massive formal dining provides seating for 8 guests comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, one located on the second floor with a large 72 inch soaker tub and the first floor featuring a full size stand up shower. Washer and Dryer are available to guests on main floor. Side yard features a darling white picket fence, with ample outdoor seating and gas barbecue grill overlooking the vineyards.
We have recently added an outdoor fire-pit area with swings and picnic tables for guests use.
Local attractions include: Numerous Wineries, Brewery's and wine tours only minutes from the house, 7 minutes from Andrews University, short drive to several Lake Michigan beaches, 30 minutes from University of Notre Dame, 20 minutes to Harbor Shores Premier golf course, 1 hour from Swiss Valley Ski Resort, 15 Minutes from Weko Beach - Lake Michigan, 40 minutes from Mishawaka's University Park Mall, 41 minutes from Lighthouse Place Premium Outlet Mall. much more!

Summary: We spent three days with our adult children at this beautiful farmhouse property, and wanted to stay much longer. The old home has been beautifully updated with high-quality and modern furnishings and amenities. The house and kitchen are very well equipped and everything is comfortable and draws you in to want to relax and fellowship and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The yard has a fenced in area as well as more open area with plenty of lawn chairs on the two porches and deck, as well as 3 “porch swings” and two picnic tables next to a fire pit. The property is surrounded by vineyards and farms with also some lovely landscaped areas within the fence. We had a busy wedding weekend and used the kitchen to prepare food for several events. It was well stocked with pots and pans and put away dishes and everything else you would need in any kitchen. It was a charming home and we had a wonderful stay. We felt like we really scored with this choice. I wish I could live there!

Summary: Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to Michigan! We traveled there, with friends, to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. The home and setting are exquisite. We loved cooking and playing games at the house. We were close enough to everything to visit wineries, shop and eat at great restaurants. We loved all the outdoor gathering spaces. Simply perfect!

Summary: The house was beautifully decorated, the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, the fire pit and swings in the backyard were so nice to have in the evenings. The house was roomy and very comfortable. And the hosts were PHENOMENAL. Then location is great for wine tours, but we were in the area for our daughter’s wedding at Hidden Vineyard. It was a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: My bridesmaids and I stayed here Thursday and Friday night before my wedding on Saturday. It was absolutely amazing. So much space and beautiful scenery!! I love that there are games for guests to play and they provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash in dispensers in the shower. The place is so cute and comfy. Josh and Kesley are extremely responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend and hope I get to go back and visit again!

Summary: This was the perfect home for our girls weekend. We have been coming to the area for 5 years and by far this was the best home we have stayed in. It was spacious, clean, updated furnishings, nicely stocked, amazing outdoor areas and the beds were so comfy. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We will be back next year! Summary: Very clean, spacious old farmhouse that is totally remodeled. Loved the quiet country atmosphere and especially the firepit with the swings around it. So many porches to choose from to sit outside and enjoy the country. Loved it! Josh is the BEST!
