Summary: The host was excellent and greag at responding back to any questions and concerns we had. Our stay was good and there were no major problems. We spent the majority of our time out, but the house had everything we needed. Very cute house and was pretty quiet.

Summary: Location was great. Check in and out were great and the host was very accommodating. House was good size for our gathering. You could tell they are working hard to get the property ready. Back door was open when we got there The owner had just been there. We noticed the back door was new stickers still on. The dead bolt doesn’t lock and the door handle was loses and hard to lock. In downstairs bathroom there was a hole in the shower looking up to the plumbing upstairs. The main light in the bathroom looked like it had a puddled water/mold and the door had to be lifted to shut, and to open. The nails on the trim around the window in the master were sticking out. Unfinished, snagged you as you walked pass to get in and out of the bed. The heat was hard to manage it seemed To hot or to cold. We cooked a lot at the house. Our son brought over his BBQ to cook on since their wasn’t one. And you have a good start on kitchen supplies! Cabinets and microwave in the kitchen are really high up. Luckily we are really tall. It was hard to reach the glasses and bowls. The coffee bar was nice but had to move the coffee machine because of no place to plug it in to an outlet. The kitchen table had a couple of the chairs that were broken and they said they already knew about that before we got there. Overall our time with our son was great. I’m sure you will have lots of great reviews once you get everything worked out.
