Positive: The inside of the house was lovely and clean with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The view was also really nice and I enjoyed sitting on the dock dangling my legs over the water. It was fun watching the boat traffic.
Negative: The deck furniture was filthy. We tried cleaning it, but we weren’t very successful. The deck was filled with acorns and leaves, so it didn’t look like it had been swept in weeks. I informed the host and they offered to send a cleaner, but since it was already our last night I declined. They said that was definitely not their usual standard of cleanliness.
Summary: Nice place to stay in a quiet “old Florida” neighborhood where you can walk to two local restaurants.

Positive: I'd like to say that it was terrible, so we can keep it for ourselves, but that wouldn't be very nice. We've enjoyed staying at the resort across the street every summer for years, but we won't be going back there after our experience at the fishing cabin. In the four days that we were there, we only left a couple of times for food (and one day when we rented the boat from Crescent Watersports) because we were completely happy staying right there. This place is awesome, but please don't tell anyone.

Positive: Loved the dock and the comfortable house. Beautiful windows open up the entire house, and over look the intracoastal. Great communication with host. Decor could use a little updating, but that is being super picky.
Negative: The cleaning fee was way too much. I don't know why these cleaning fees are so outrageous. We ended up having only one person stay, so she basically used one bed and a bathroom, and we paid $250.
Summary: Beautiful place right on the intracoastal. Will definitely stay again.
