Summary: We were in Fort Worth for a wedding and this house was easily accessible to all the places we needed to go. Met Sarah the owner and communicated with Bella the manager. We couldn’t get the door to stay latched without the dead bolt, Bella had her husband come the first thing in the morning and fix it. Super easy and fit us perfectly

Summary: Coleman house was pretty great place to stay. We enjoyed the property. A few minor issues in the beginning but we got them resolved when we got in contact with the host. It was great to have a place to stay while in Ft. Worth the beds were good. Based off my stars are my tru ratings. They need a better cleaning service, the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable for my liking. The shower head in the master bath was very clogged up. The kitchen sink did leak but a maintenance person did come out to fix it. I had to call, leave a message, email and text the host before I got a reply and not all my questions were answered. The coffee maker is leaky so the host door dash us more paper towels. There are no screens on the windows so opening up the windows is out. Many misquotes in Ft. Worth so we couldn’t keep the windows open. The bed sheets that were stored were not washed so we had to wash them. Under the beds and the couch bed was filthy so we ended up doing quite a bit of cleaning as we found out. A/C worked good. All the lights had no issues. The back yard was so wet all weekend so we didn’t get much time out back. But it be nice if there were pavers where the fire pot was so we could sit to enjoy ourselves. My family of 8 stayed pretty comfortable though. We had not extra key as the check out info stated. The check in and out went pretty easy. The recycle bin was full after 4 days we filled the trash. The back door sticks to the ground so it’s hard to open.

Summary: We had an excellent trip!! The house was in a perfect location from the convention center, the home decor was excellent, the house was clean and cozy!! The host helped make our stay comfortable and was *very* easy to communicate with, thank you again!!

Summary: Fabulous place to stay. The house has such a cozy feel, the beds are comfortable, and the ease of checkin and communication is fantastic! Highly recommend this place to anyone, and when I travel back to Fort Worth, this is my go to spot!

Summary: We loved this cute little house, and we had a wonderful stay. Even the kids commented on how comfortable the beds were. It’s close to everything but in a very nice, safe neighborhood. The kids loved seeing the snacks they left for us, and the property manager checked in to make sure we had all we needed. Will definitely stay here again.
