This cozy 1BR cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood between Coeur d’Alene and Fernan lakes. Highlights include a well-equipped kitchen and a charming garden path winding toward the private entrance. The central location is ideal for local adventures.

Summary: Loved the location and the ease of accessing everything in CDA. Nice and quiet as well. Only things lacking were beach towels, basic seasonings and food prep, beach chairs. But overall a very good place to stay.

Summary: We loved our stay here. Tim gave us perfect instructions to get there and get in, and the place was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the lake is amazing, and it’s close to Sherman Street and downtown. You won’t regret staying at this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can’t beat the value. Super location only minutes from the water, and main town strip in a very nice neighborhood. Whenever we go back to Coeur d’Alene Idaho, this is where we will stay. The owners our super nice as well, very accommodating. We just can’t recommend this place enough. Full kitchen, washer & dryer etc.... it’s basically a tiny house with everything you need, and very clean as well. To some it up we loved it! Big thankyou to the owners Tim & Sheila for everything.:)

Location was fantastic, just off Sanders beach and at the base of Tubbs Hill. Cottage clean, all linens fresh, and the kitchen had all the basics for light cooking. Local host was friendly and helped me get situated. I would definitely stay here again😊
