A quaint little in laws quarter with private entryway, full kitchen, and full bathroom. Find yourself enjoying the gardens on your own little hidden corner of our property. An outdoor chicken coop with vegetable, fruit and flower gardens is a great little escape from the nearby hustle and bustle of the Silicon Valley. Our unique bedroom space is up an attic like staircase that is not suitable for very young, handicapped, or elderly guests.

Summary: Be aware this is primarily a loft sleeping situation. If that doesn’t put you off, you will love this location. Private, secluded though not far from the center of town or Saratoga. Ideal if you want to do your own cooking or need a caffeine fix before you head out. We were sorry our stay was so short and we didn’t have time to enjoy the garden more.

Summary: Clean and cozy. Quaint. Host family friendly and generous. Bed slept perfectly for me. Kitchen fully stocked, shower strong, soaps and shampoo provided. Yard beautiful. Note that the bed is in attic, and requires ascending and descending narrow attic ladder. Also, prepare to get out of your vehicle to open, then close access gate to the property each time you come and go.

Summary: Everyone was friendly. The host was very responsive and great to chat with. The cottage was cozy and well stocked. I was surprised at how quiet everything was being so close to the freeway. I think I only notice one loud car and one loud motorcycle the three days we were there, which is a lot less than what I hear in my parent’s neighborhood in south San Jose. It was a very relaxing stay, and we LOVE the cactus outside of the front door! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place to stay!

Summary: Absolutely perfect location. Wonderful hosts. Beautiful garden and was perfect for viewing the Winchester House and getting to the airport without any stress at all. Heads up. For us it was no major deal but for people that are elderly or might have issues with heights. Please read over the ladder that goes to the bedroom. The patio and deck outside was absolutely perfect for us chill out in the evening and together ourselves with our morning coffee. This place was spotlessly clean
