Summary: We really enjoyed this house! Everything about the house itself was just great! Everything was there that we needed, nice and clean, great communication from agent and property manager, great AC. It a very pleasant stay. We do however find fault with the description and condition of the back yard. From the description on the website we thought we would have a private enclosed back yard. That is not the case and we think it should be disclosed you share the back yard with a separate in law unit located in the back yard. Furthermore, the furniture in the back yard was not clean and a few of the seat cushions were very ripped.

Summary: We enjoyed your property and the location is terrific for sightseeing in all directions of the greater Tucson area including parks and attractions. Tucson restaurants are fantastic! We were gone all day and enjoyed relaxing evenings in your historic house. We typically enjoy sitting outside evenings, but we were not enticed by your patio area both because it needs some TLC and because it directly shares space with another rental. Overall, this was not a problem, but a welcoming outdoor area is something we look for while on vacation. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Summary: In the end it was all terrific, but we had trouble communicating with the host when we wanted to add another day to our stay several weeks ahead.

Summary: Heather was super nice! We really enjoyed our stay. Having a full bath in each room made getting ready in the mornings really nice. We had to much going on to really enjoy the patio in the back, but we will be taking advantage of that next time around. The location of the house is great! The traffic around there is really laid back and easy to get around. Thanks for the awesome stay! Harlan
