Summary: About 7 friends and I stayed in the loft for our trip to BV and had the best time!! It is more spacious than the photos show!! I probably would not stay any later in the summer as there is no AC, but early spring/summer and later fall would be perfect. Right on Main Street and walking distance to so much. Our only complaint was that there was not much to cook with, no cooking sheets, no olive oil or anything. So if you are planning to cook I would bring your own items!

Summary: I rented Melinda’s place for my adult children and their spouses. It was their first time in BV and we wanted them to be within walking distance to the Whipple Trail, Arkansas River, shopping, dining and my in-laws house. They loved it and embraced every opportunity to experience the magic of BV. Melinda was wonderful to work with. Her place is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Summary: Very spacious unit (grandparents, parents, and 9 and 13 year old). We could walk to just about everything (all shops, restaurants on Main, park, skate park, pump track, hiking trails, river, and everything on South Main). Unit was very clean and our host was extremely responsive.

Summary: Cool, funky, huge space in the middle of town. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Melinda was fabulous. We did not bring pets but what host have you ever heard of who will not only welcome your dog but also offer to babysit them if you can’t take them with you on an adventure? Had a great time! Highly recommend.
