Located in Neumagen-Dhron, this holiday home has sleeping beds for 10 people, although the house is better suited for 8 adults and 2 kids. It is located near Mosel River for wonderful biking, hiking, boating and wine tasting opportunities. It is located within the old Roman Village walls, so the streets are historic. The house has multiple levels and sleeping rooms are upstairs. The kitchen is upgraded with new appliances, a separate dining room and a new TV lounge with a wine bar.
Nearby lie lots of great restaurants, wine shops and grocery stores in the village and the neighbouring villages. There is a cafe across the street with a wonderful bakery.
We have electric heating in all rooms and each room has normal heating controls. There is a wood pellet stove in the kitchen for wintertime use. Please maximize the use of recycling bins. There is a small parking spot in front of the house for loading and unloading of baggage. Please refrain from loud house parties and loud music.

Summary: Die Ankunft war etwas enttäuschend, da um kurz nach 15 Uhr die Unterkunft für uns noch nicht bereit stand, es wurde noch gereinigt und wir 30 Minuten mit den behinderten Menschen warte mussten. Die Unterkunft innen war ordentlich sauber und nett eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich (Terrasse) war eine Zumutung, verschmutzt, verdreckt, vermüllt, wurde als Abstellplatz für vieles verwandt. 2 Gartenstühle! Nachdem ich Besitzer angeschrieben habe, hatten wir am nächsten Tag 8 Gartenstühle. Schade war es, das man keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort hatte.

Summary: Het huis staat in een heel leuk dorp. Ruime woning. Leuke woonkeuken. De verwarming is een uitdaging i.v.m. automatische werking als het koud is buiten. Dat werkt dus in deze tijd niet goed.

Summary: Ein nettes Häuschen in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit und mehr als gastfreundlich. Von der Mauer der Terrasse konnte die Mosel gesehen werden und man hatte einen Blick auf Weinberge am anderen Ufer. Die Zimmer waren teilweise etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig eingerichtet und eine Zimmertür fehlte. Alles in Allem aber absolut angemessen für diesen Preis und wir würden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen!

Summary: Klein niet groot! Het is te doen als je met 10 man gaat maar het houd niet over! Ruimte lijkt groter op foto dat het is. We hebben ons vermaakt en omgeving blijft prachtig.

Summary: Er hangen meerdere briefjes in huis met waarschuwingen over de buurvrouw die regelmatig de politie zou waarschuwen.Al 30 jaar gaan wij met eenzelfde groep mensen op vacantie. wij hebben daarbij ook verschillende keren een woning via Villaxl gehuurd en waren daar altijd uitermate tevreden over. Echter nu hebben we een woning in Neumagen-Dhron en het is het slechtste huis wat we ooit hebben gehuurd. - er is in geval van nood geen vluchtplan/route aanwezig - hoogstwaarschijnlijk laat de brandbeveiliging te wensen over (er zijn open electriciteitskabels zowel binnen het huis alswel in het tuingedeelte. - In het tuingedeelte komt ook het pleisterwerk van de muren af en her en der liggen de brokstukken op de grond - In het tuingedeelte staan er bij aankomst 3 bomvolle kliko's waar geen vuilnis meer bij kan. Ernaast staan stapels pizzadozen. - Overal liggen lege flessen van voorgaande huurders - er zijn 7 tuinstoelen aanwezig i.p.v. 8 - In de recreatieruimte/woonkamer zijn slechts 4 zitplaatsen - De verwarming werkt niet. Er is wel een houtkachel aanwezig maar geen hout. - Er ligt geen map met allerlei informatie betreffende WIFI, verwarming, houtkachel en evt. vuilophalen - Er is ondanks de beschrijving op Villaxl geen diepvries aanwezig, terwijl alle deelnemers diepge- vroren eten bij zich hadden. - De wc-bril op de 3e etage zit los - geen parkeerplek bij het huis - Er hangt op een rare plek in de sponning van de keukendeur een wificode die niet werkt. - De mengkraan in de keuken zit los en soms is er heel lang kouw water en als je de kraan vervolgens weer aandoet is hij ineens gloeiend heet - Ook mensen die in de omgeving wonen gaven aan dat zij veel overlast ervaren door deze locatie en laatst waren hier 10 vrouwen die de locatie hadden gehuurd en die zijn meteen weer vertrokken omdat het totaal niet voldeed aan de verwachtingen en zijn door de bewoners uit de omgeving elders ondergebracht. - Na telefonisch contact met een schoonmaker die constant sorry zei hebben we vervolgens contact gehad met de eigenaar die in het buitenland zou zitten, de heer Schmidt, ook hij zei constant sorry en hij gaf in een latere mail aan dat hij zou zorgen dat er een diepvries zou komen en dat de andere makementen opgelost zouden worden. De beloofde koel/vries kwamen ze de avond voor dat we zouden vertrekken brengen, dus die was niet meer nodig. Wij hebben niemand gezien. We hebben nog overwogen om gezamenlijk naar huis toe te gaan maar uiteindelijk besloten om onze vakantie niet helemaal te laten verpesten. Wel vinden wij deze locatie totaal niet passen binnen het aanbod van Villaxl.-

Summary: de omgeving is prachtig maar bij het aankomen was de pret iets minder.het aanzicht van het huis was slecht .niet echt onderhouden

Summary: De accommodatie was vlug gevonden. Waar we konden parkeren was niet duidelijk. Een vriendelijke buurvrouw vertelde ons dat we de auto aan de Moezelkant mochten zetten. 5 minuten wandelen van het huis. Vlug de auto uitgeladen en verzet want we kregen al boze gezichten van overige buurtbewoners. Het huis was wat rommelig (veel potjes en prullen, in elke hoek staat wel iets) maar alles was schoon. Prijs/kwaliteit zit wel goed. Rustig dorpje. Restaurant Ausonius is super! Niet alleen pizza’s en pasta maar ook andere heerlijke gerechten. Wij gaan nog eens terug! Ook bij Käpt’n Cook was het goed vertoeven. Fietsen gehuurd bij de jachthaven. Alles prima verzorgd en in orde. Prachtige fietstocht langs de Moezel naar Bernkastel-Keus gedaan.

Summary: Voor we bij het huisje kwamen waren we alweer verrast door de prachtige streek met de zeer mooi symmetrische wijnranken, ook leuke steile helling om met de auto te doen. Het huisje zelf ligt midden in de hoofdstraat van Neumagen-Dhron, maar het is wel verkeersluw dus daar hadden we geen last van.We werden ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt door Valentino (mede-eigenaar woning en aangrenzend winkeltje) Het huisje is voorzien van 3 2 persoonsbeden waarvan 1 een van 140 cm, en enkele losse bedden. De keuken was iets kleiner als verwacht , wij waren met 7 personen en dit ging goed. Pelletkachel in de keuken was helaas zonder pellets dus die hebben we niet gebruikt, rest van de verwarming is elektrisch. het was net een beetje aan de koude kant toen wij er waren April 2017.Aanrader is de gratis wijnproeverij verzorgd door Valentino...de dames waren er blij mee! De omgeving is fantastisch !

Summary: The keys were in a lock box so ease of check in. The owner was easy to reach and communicate with. The home was clean and comfortable. The area was beautiful. The internet was not working and there was no cell phone reception but other than that the house was great.
