This charming cottage totally independent, is located in a small quiet hamlet , surrounded by hiking trails, GR34, near the forest and megalithic sites, 1.5 km from the town of Erdeven and 2 km from the sandy beaches of Kerhilio, Kerouriec, and Kerminihy and the largest dune massif in Britain.
The cottage is a typical Breton house of 90 m2, granite stone, dating from 1800 covered with slate, completely renovated, warm, very clean, bright, welcoming and comfortably equipped.
It is surrounded by an abundant and flowery garden, 5000 m2 of lawn, 3 large centenary trees, a terrace of 70 m2 surrounded by stone walls, shrubs and closed by wooden gates.
You will enjoy the singing of the many species of birds that have taken up residence in the garden, garden which has received the label Refuge LPO,
A large shaded parking is available in the garden.
Another small stone house, attached to the terrace for storage; bicycles, wood storage, electric car charging station)
You will also appreciate the calm and comfort of the cotage, with its careful decoration all in harmony. We have privileged in its renovation, noble materials such as wood and terracotta.
In winter, or when the evenings are cool, a wood fire will be waiting for you. The wood stove is at your disposal for heating of the house and the wood is stored in the outbuilding.
With its 3 bedrooms facing the garden, the house can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, THE LIVING ROOM (with fireplace and wood stove), sofa 3 places, coffee table, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, HIFI Radio, and the KITCHEN (dishwasher, fully equipped) are a same and large living room, spacious and clear, with a large bay overlooking the terrace and garden.
A door overlooks the BATHROOM, shower, sink and toilet, and another door overlooks a BEDROOM overlooking the terrace, with a double bed (160cm) and a toilet, toilet and sink.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with two single beds in 90 cm, one with 1 double bed in 140 cm. Baby cots
AT THE DISCOVERY:
From the house, take a walk or bike paths in the forest and megalithic sites, or those leading to the beaches of Erdeven. Many hiking trails invite you to discover the nearby villages
By bike, go to Quiberon or Étel.

Linen provided - bath mat, towels and tea towels, for beds: mattress protectors, pillows and duvets changed with each new tenant.
Sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover are not provided except for exceptions.
Small household appliances provided - vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, toaster, coffee maker, kettle – blender, as well as cookware - utensils, dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery.
Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue
Heating – ACOVA electric inertial radiators – and SUPRA wood-burning stove
Baby beds, high chairs and bath on request.
