Very Quaint and Charming private home set on 1 acre of unspoiled natural wooded land. House is bright and inviting with great backyard set up to relax and entertain. Close to the Hampton and the many beaches of Long Island. Our house will be your for your all stay. They are 2 private bedrooms with queen size beds and each a private bathroom, as well as an additional bedroom with a full size bed and for more guest,a pull up bed in the living room. Garden is completely private and ideally set up to relax or entertain with Lava stone giant wet bar, infra red BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water. A beautiful space to just lay down, relax and watch the stars after a good day at the beach.
You will feel welcome. Our house is bright and comfortable and we made it to be convenient with all you would want to relax and get away from the city, inside and outside it has all you need from morning to night.. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and the smells of our fragrant garden. Breakfast inside or outside, choose your setting. Go for a run to shed off those extra pound from last night dinner. A beautiful community surrounded with water. Or just walk to the private marina down the block for bird watching or simple meditation.

Summary: My husband and I decided to get away from NYC as a break from the pandemic and general stress of the city. We had originally planned our honeymoon in Italy for part of June, but as international travel was halted, decided a month out East was the perfect replacement. Danielle's place is absolutely lovely - it sits at the quiet end of a beautiful neighborhood. The only downside of the location is the train right in the backyard...it is quite close and can be loud, but it is not too frequent and overall not intrusive to the stay. The neighborhood was perfect for morning and evening walks - I loved seeing all the houses and friendly neighbors! The house itself is beautiful and bright. I particularly loved the kitchen - not only was it a great space, but had everything we needed to cook everything right at home! The backyard was a treat - the tree pollen can take over, but I was able to sweep up everything easily - the house has all the equipment you would ever need. There are some bugs as the weather gets warmer, but nothing a citronella candle and some bug spray can't fix! There were a few minor issues with the house, but Danielle was incredibly kind and responsive - everything was promptly addressed and did not interfere with our stay at all. There is a beach ~10 min away that we frequented. It's quiet almost all the time and was perfect for a lazy weekend afternoon or a sunset dinner after a work day. The house is also not far from Wildwood State Park which was a hidden gem and is about 20 min from Southampton shops and restaurants. Despite Covid, we were still able to enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, we loved this house and wished we could have stayed longer. We made the house our own and Danielle was a fabulous host. It was a perfect getaway!

Summary: Property is nicely secluded at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Good roads in the area. For Italian food try Mary's in Speonk, excellent service, fabulous food!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! It was comfortable with all the amenities of home. We were able to entertain our family enjoying the outside patio. The owners were gracious and accommodating! I highly recommend this home for rental!

Summary: The owner was communicating on a regular basis to make sure our stay was as expected. Really nice person. The house was exactly has described and was perfect for our vacations. Finally, as we have read about it, the train did not disturb at all Would return anytime!

Summary: This home was more than perfect for our family vacation. You literally just need your clothes and food, everything else is provided. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet and the private beach is definitely worth seeing especially during sunset. The backyard is like a zen garden and we enjoyed many family barbeques. Do check out the outdoor shower, it was a big hit with our family. I know there was some mention of the railroad, do not let that deter you from booking this home, it does not run that often and its gone in a flash. We had children in the house and they did not even hear it. It is about 15-20 minutes to Smith Point Beach which is a beautiful beach. Thank you Danielle for opening your beautiful home and thank you for immediate response to any questions or needs. Should the occasion arise we will definitely rebook your home.

Summary: This home is at the end of a cul-de-sac among the trees. The neighborhood is very quiet. The yard is lovely and private. The LIRR train goes right behind the house many times a day early morning to late evening. After two days you really don't even notice it. The home was very clean and everything as stated We enjoyed out stay.
