Summary: Very charming small house within walking distance of everything in the old city of Rouen. Unlike many short term rentals, the owner prepared the home as though she was going to live there herself: so the kitchen was equipped with everything one could possibly need. There were even electrical plug converters for people coming from overseas. All the little details which make one’s stay more enjoyable.

Summary: Set in a rear courtyard, completely private and quiet, this two-level apartment has absolutely everything you could need. The hostess met me in person at a time we had agreed previously, and explained how to use all the appliances and access the wifi. Situated right in the heart of the city, all major attractions are within easy walking distance. Just brilliant.

Summary: A great place to explore Rouen and the surrounding area from. Delphine was very good to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of things to do and great places to eat nearby.

Summary: Perfect location! In the center of shops, monuments, museums and close to the train station and metro station. Delphine was super and responded very quickly to any questions I had. Very comfortable bed.

Summary: We were caught up in horrific 12hr+ delays before arrival but communication with the apartment owners was easy and swift - we rearranged checking in without any bother. The apartment is situated right in the centre of town, but is in a quiet courtyard - the location couldn't be better! Everything was very clean and well presented, the kitchen has everything you need (including a raclette and crepe machine). The downstairs bedroom is the double, upstairs being two singles. It is worth noting that the bathroom and utility room are upstairs. The beds were very comfortable and all bedding and towels were provided. The washing machine and tumble dryer are an added bonus. This duplex truly is a hidden gem - I can't find anything to suggest as an improvement! Thank you

Summary: This clean, cozy apartment situated right downtown offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Rouen. The owner is extremely forthcoming and kind, easy to communicate with. The apartment is located on a busy street but set back in a courtyard so very quiet. The cathedral and Gros Horloge are a few steps away. Lots of sightseeing, shopping and restaurants nearby. You have to park in a nearby parking garage but easy to get to. Plenty of space for family of 4, well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend this gem and can’t wait to come back!

Summary: This apartment is ideally located for visiting the historic old town and main shopping area of Rouen. The courtyard location provides a quiet setting off the busy street. We enjoyed a comfortable stay, making good use of the well equipped kitchen. Everything is as described online.

Summary: My husband and I loved this apartment, which served as our home for a month. It was cozy, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and very functional. The bathroom was up-to-date and roomy. The laundry room is awesome with lots of storage. Also, the Internet connection was excellent. Delphine, the owner, was very helpful and accessible. She met us the first day and explained the apartment to us. She responded to email questions right away. The location couldn't be better. We exited the courtyard right onto the main street in old Rouen with easy access to all the shops and museums. If I return to Rouen, a city that I love, this would be my first choice of apartment.
