Summary: Came to visit our adult son. Nice bedrooms. Good space. Clean. Nice eat in kitchen with enough space for visiting. Great for playing board games. The portable crib and high chair were very useful. Quite neighborhood. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. Would recommend.

Summary: We came to Idaho Falls to visit family and friends. This home was SO nice to come back to when we needed a break. The home was very clean and organized. We loved having kitchen supplies to use when we got sick of eating out. Overall, the home was beautiful. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Summary: This is a very nice four bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex property in Idaho Falls that affords a great value for larger rental parties needing more bedroom space. On the main floor, a large king size bed with a nice bathroom and walk-in closet provides a very nice master suite. A large living area with an Internet TV and spacious dining area with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and a half-bathroom allowed us ample room to dine, even with some guests. We also loved the laundry room with washer and dryer, though we initially had a bit of a problem with the washer but after learning that we had to press the start button twice to start the washer, we were able to use the appliance with no problems. We also used the one car garage which was large enough to fit our large SUV rental which was especially useful when it rained. Downstairs, the other three bedrooms with queen beds and a bath were sufficient for our needs. There is a nice den with a pull out sofa bed, should you need it, which was a nice place to recline with a book or tablet. It also has another Internet TV and a chair with an ottoman. The rental contact as well as Evolve were responsive to our questions and were able to answer any questions that we had. The thermostat on the main floor generally kept the unit comfortable though there is no separate temperature control downstairs. This property is maintained well and in a newer condition with newer kitchen appliances. You will enjoy your stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this house! Our family stayed in this house for a couple of weeks. Everything was in great condition and clean.
