Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. You can sit outside and hear the water. Uber/Lyft was available. Owners were quick to respond. I would recommend this house.

Summary: Our family went for a long weekend. The house was perfect! Clean and very comfortable home to enjoy your time. The porch is a wonderful place to spend the evening watching the sunset. A short walk to the private beach is nice to spend a little time. It is very close to public beaches. Close to downtown with shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. The owners were easy to communicate with and provide a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend and we would absolutely come back.

Summary: This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! It is so close to the beach, even in the heat we spent most of our time there then back to the house which was so comfortable and cool. After the baby went to sleep we would relax on the deck to watch the sunset. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home

Summary: Family of 4 (2 college age children) enjoyed a quiet relaxing week at this newer home. Pictures were spot-on, communication with owners was great. They included a nice welcome surprise. A large garage allows for storage or parking in bad weather. Lots of storage space available if needed. We took advantage of both local North East restaurants as well as Erie bayfront and other activities. There are multiple outdoor seating options both in sun and covered. Neighborhood SO quiet; great for sitting quietly. Very enjoyable!

Summary: Home is located in a small community with minimal traffic and only a 2 minute walk down the road to lake access. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the wraparound deck. Close to restaurants, markets and wineries. My kids loved building with the rocks on the beach and even found some seaglass. Kitchen and home are well equipped with essentials. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. Basement is a great additional space and we loved the ping pong table. If we ever find our way to North East again we would definitely stay here a second time!
