Charming lakefront cottage ideal for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Quality furnishings and décor making it a perfect vacation destination. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. Take sunset bike rides on 4 mile pathway. This home has a split floor plan. Upper floor family room with gorgeous views of the lake, master bedroom and attached full bath. First floor kitchen with newer appliances, second bedroom and another full bath. (*No laundry available) Large outdoor space including two covered porches, a 3-season room with 2 twin beds.
*Boat does not come with rental - *No dock available for use.
No smoking and no pets and there will be a $500 fee for violation of any house rules.
Requests for stays over 4 nights require pre-approval. Please send inquiry for pre-approval.

Summary: The property was exactly as it was described. The hosts were tremendous - they allowed me to have an early check-in, they stock the house with anything you might need, and their checkout procedures were specific and easy. I very highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable lake location with an amazing view. It was the best VRBO experience I have had to date.

Summary: Great location right on the lake. Front porch was our favorite spot to be. We had two couples and a single adult and it had plenty of room for all of us.

Summary: We spent a peaceful, relaxing Anniv. week-end in this beautiful cottage/house. Patrick was very speedy in his correspondence and accommodating in our requests. This house is beautifully decorated, immaculate and stocked with anything you will need to have a comfortable stay. Beautiful "entire" Lake views. We enjoyed Breakfast on the shady porch and spent afternoons "sunning" and watching the boats and people go by. Close to little shopping center and restaurants. A hidden gem for a taste of "lake life". 5+ Stars !!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home !! The porch views of the lake were so relaxing . We swam off the dock and did some fishing too !! The place is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need . Nice touch with the provided bath sponges , bath gels, shampoo and snacks THANK YOU for sharing your lovely lake home !

Summary: Clean, well maintained property as described in listing. Bike/walking path is just outside the door. Local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. noted in welcoming information. A 3-day non Ohio resident fishing license is available at bait and tackle shops for $25. Highly recommended!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful home. Even in cooler weather, the porch and huge window in the main room provided a beautiful and sunny view of the lake -- the kind of view that fills your heart with joy and brings contentment. The house was immaculately clean and adorably decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well stocked. And the owners' communication and hospitality were both exceptional! This is a PERFECT house for two couples or a family with older children. The stairs and having the bedrooms on two separate floors may necessitate some extra thought for those traveling with very young children (although the upstairs bedroom is quite large with plenty of room for pack&plays and/or children's cots). We were so thankful to spend Thanksgiving at such a beautiful and charming place and hope to return in the future!

Summary: Just One More is the name of this cottage and I would give it "just one more" star if I could! Patrick and Melissa were amazing hosts from our first interaction and everything was clearly communicated. We walked into the cottage and felt instantly at home. It was even better than it appeared in the photos and no detail was missed. Patrick and Melissa provided plenty of supplies, the place was so clean, and the decor is spot on for a vacation home. We loved playing games around the coffee table and spent hours on the porch overlooking the lake. My three kids have grown up vacationing in rental homes and they rated this house the best one yet. We feel so lucky to have found this wonderful spot for a last minute trip and would not hesitate to return. Thanks, Patrick and Melissa, for providing the perfect place to make family memories!
