Summary: This lovely house, with a very well equipped kitchen, overlooks the lake in a beautiful setting. So nice to have views from the deck, the dining/sitting area, & the enclosed porch. The little room by the lake was a quiet oasis for reading. We would rent here again, since I suspect the minor housekeeping issues were just a blip, Glad we hadn't counted on using the basement room, since if seemed chilly there with the cooler weather, and it hadn't been clear to us that it is a windowless space. The Sterlingtown Bakehouse, just a few minutes away, is a real plus for breakfast muffins or croissants, & dessert treats.

Summary: Very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on 7 Tree Pond. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, plenty of public space and outdoor seating as well. Bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable. We loved the location for easy day trips to Camden, Rockland, Damariscotta, Belfast. Nearby we enjoyed great craft beer and pizza at the Odd Alewives and fresh produce from Beth’s Farm. We would love to visit here again. The only disappointment was the canoe, (which was in the original listing at the time of our booking) was damaged and could not be used. There were 2 nice kayaks available, though. Would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Great location on the lake with necessary amenities- the waffle iron was a big hit! Good swimming, kayaking and canoeing - but no canoe passes. With 8 adults it would have been nice to have more than 8 bath towels and the listing should indicate no beach towels are included. Other than that everything was comfortable and house is unique and well taken care of.

Summary: Everything about this home was perfect and accommodated all ages of our family from 3 to 97! Picnics on the deck, long floats and swims in the lake, kayaking in the still of dawn and dusk, glorious sunsets. What a magical spot!

Summary: Very tranquil and nice lake view. House was very clean and beds we’re comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Management company easy to work with. Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is an incredible property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is on the lake, but with a large yard, plenty of privacy, and great views. The lake is great for swimming and we appreciated the kayaks and lots of water gear and toys. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. All the kitchen gear you could imagine for cooking, tons of toys for kids, great books to explore. We could tell it’s a well loved house. Very clean, organized, and well maintained. A very peaceful and enjoyable setting. There are also many wonderful places to visit in the area all within a 20 minute drive. Highly recommend!
