A Coldwater Chain lake property located on (East) Long Lake. The first house in on the channel, our location allows for quick and easy access to the lake and provides beautiful views. Guests can bring their own boat, or rent from a local marina and tie up to our dock! Enjoy the abundant sunshine from Adirondack chairs or the deck furniture and under an umbrella. The large yard makes it easy to spread out, play games, and enjoy the fresh air.

Summary: Spent the week after labor day here with my wife and 18M old daughter, looking for an opportunity to get away, relax, and unwind. And it was perfect! Located in a fun area we didn't know existed, everything was exactly as described in the listing . The yard was plenty big enough for the kid and dog to run around in, and the house itself was nicely redone and plenty and generously stocked with everything you need for a weeks stay (and more). Rented a pontoon from a local marina, and kept it tied to the dock for the week. Couldnt have asked for more!

Summary: This was our second time staying here and just as before it was a wonderful time. The yard is nice and big for our dogs. My husband loves the access to the kayaks and the lake right in the backyard. The house is super clean and has all sorts of extra items (incase we forgot something). Host responds quickly for anything we had questions on. Overall, just an amazing experience each year and hopefully will be back next year! :)

Summary: Start to finish and top to bottom this rental is by far the best overall that we have ever stayed in! Everything is as stated. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of cookware - crock pot, electric skillet, plenty of pots and pans, toaster, blender, plastic wrap for leftovers, paper towels, plastic storage containers and ... The dishes are color coordinated with the home decor, the cabinets are organized and the wine glasses are glass. BONUSES: 1.Sanitized or brand new sponge was waiting inside a zip lock baggy at the kitchen sink. 2.Towels and bedding were very nice. 3.Outdoor furniture on point! 4.View was perfect because we could watch nature in the canal and still see boats, jet skies etc. from the deck. (We bought binoculars in order to bird watch) 4.We used the kayaks and our friend brought his boat and snugged it up to the dock for several days. 5.Coldwater is 12 minutes away and we went their for dinner at the restaurant on the train tracks, Trainwreck Grill. We also saw a musical at the Tibbits historical theater. 6.We enjoyed seeing many Amish families in their buggys. Super Clean!

Summary: We stayed at this property for a month and it was the cleanest place that I’ve ever been to. And Rachel did not miss a trick. The house is stocked so well and we so enjoyed the boathouse. When it was too cold to go out on the boat, we fished in the boathouse or when it was raining. Rachel was very attentive to our every need and I would definitely stay there again. I would get up early in the morning and watch the sunrise and took some beautiful pictures of the sunrise and sunset. Overall, it was a 10.

Summary: Our second time renting this gem and we will be back again I'm sure! Great canal/lake views, tons of turtles, very relaxing, fully equiped kitchen, clean to a T, pet friendly, games, water toys, comfy beds and extremely personable and responsive owner!

Summary: We spent the month of September at the property and feel we couldn't have found another which would meet our needs as well as this one. The location is excellent - located on the Coldwater Chain of Lakes. We didn't do any boating, but we loved being by the water. Outside deck is outstanding Everything we needed was provided and was of top quality. The hostess was great to work with.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience vacationing here, 8/7-8/22, 2023. I am from Coldwater and grew up on Coldwater Lake but had not been back for a visit since 2016. The house was darling and accommodations included were generous! Rachel Gunn was available for consult at any time. No problems.
