Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much. Jerry and Geri were helpful, informative and most of all very friendly. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definately try to stay with them.

Summary: A wonderful weekend in RI. The Vrbo was just as described. Great location with downtown Providence just 10 minutes away. I had an absolutely fantastic stay. I arrived as a guest and left feeling as if I had visisted a lifelong friend. Geri was a wonderful hostess. She is there for your every need. I recommend this VRBO without reservation. If you are looking for a quite stay minutes from the city, colleges, Federal Hill, and so much more, this is the place for you.

Summary: Nice bathroom with walkin shower, daybed room with TV and wireless Internet, and main bedroom with double bed. Our on site host, Geri, was very sweet. Cookies and milk on arrival and homemade Christmas cookies on Christmas day. A very pleasent stay.

Summary: Property was as advertised. Gerry was a wonderful host, she made us feel at home. Comfortable, clean and welcoming, if we are ever back in Providence we are certain to return.

Summary: Owner is delightful! It was just the two of us and it was just right!! Close to downtown and Brown. It’s less than a hotel room and in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

Summary: Property was exactly as shown in listing and photos. It had everything you need for a short stay. Large bathroom and shower, with bench! Very clean and had access to washer and dryer. Parking off street, near door. No steps or hills to climb. Best of all was meeting Gerri & Gerald. Fun to talk with and prompt to respond. Gerri is a new friend!!

Summary: Really nice suite, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, two tv’s, excellent mini kitchen facilities. Quiet neighborhood with a couple of decent restaurants nearby. 10 minute drive to RISD and Brown. Loved it.
