Summary: The house has a great view of the lake and is in a convenient location. The house has a nice layout.The house needs some TLC and maintenance before renting it.It has a significant mice issue, we found kitchen drawers with nest in wash cloths and two with dog food carried to them. It's a nasty situation.The oven was filthy inside.Front door jamb was broken around closing device making closure difficult.Shower curtain was very moldy and dirty.Curtain in Bedroom was broken and at an angle.Front door did not seal at bottom and multiple wasps were killed inside the house.House has a significant plumbing issue with water hammering. Dishwasher or washing machine comes on and the house begins to make unexpected noises that might frighten someone.

Summary: Our stay was quite comfortable. Beds were comfortable, the fire pit was a wonderful way to end the day and reminisce with family. The view from the deck was great especially at dawn and dusk. The property has a steep incline in places and rough. Overall I would stay here again.

Summary: The house was nice and roomy, you could see the lake from the living room, and you are pretty well to yourself for privacy. The beds were comfy and that is a big deal to me! Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Property was as described. Place was clean and communication with owner was good. House was off the main road and secluded but also close to town for supply runs. Conveniently located close to Panther bay marina. There’s room to turn my 25’ pontoon on the trailer around in and a place to park the trailer next door. Would stay again.

Summary: The view is great and the beds were comfortable. It close to restaurants and groceries. This is an older house. One draw back… the dishwasher is in the laundry room, not the kitchen. It a lot to carry dishes so far.
