Summary: It was quiet and clean. The A/C worked well. Is was 60 degrees when we arrived. They had all amenities we needed. All the drains were very slow in the main bathroom.

Summary: Nice, quiet neighborhood. The place met our needs, nothing fancy but I don't need that. The beds were super comfortable. Cute little brush bunnies all around also.

Summary: Lots of room. We stayed here with our family of 6 for 4 days. Loved having separate & communal areas to gather in. Several bunnies in the neighborhood were fun to watch. It's a bit loud outside with airplanes, boat/car motors and trains, but it's background noise. We enjoyed walking in the grass around the house and watching the sunset every evening.

Summary: The house and property itself was nice. I liked the open floor plan and lots of space outside with neighbors spread out. However, there were a few things that made this trip less than perfect. Firstly- and this bothered me the most, the kitchen had a horrible ant problem. Multiple times every single day there would be ants swarming all counter tops, even with no food out and clean countertops. To make this matter worse, we were only left with 1.5 paper towel rolls, which we used very quickly having to constantly kill ants and clean the countertops all weekend. Also, after our stay, I just went and read reviews on the property and a number of people complained about the ants over a year ago and multiple vascasa members replied saying the house has been exterminated, and that is just not true. There was no actual household cleaning supplies, only a very very small amount of dish soap. The handle on some of the frying pans in the kitchen were broken, there wasn’t a spatula, or anything really to cook with (there was only garlic powder and a very small amount of pepper). We were left with only one extra trash bag (we were there for 3 nights), and all 3 of the trash containers outside were full to the brim upon our arrival, leaving us with no room to dispose our trash. One of the bed frames in one of the smaller rooms was completely broken, and in the master bathroom, the pan (floor) of the shower was cracked in two places which didn’t feel safe when showering.

Summary: Lots of parking, lots of giant wild bunnies just chilling in the grass, fairly private spot, house quality inside is excellent, much bigger inside than it looks from outside.

Summary: Overall our stay was very nice. The house was clean and roomy. We were unable to find any paper towels or trash bags. There was no trash bag in the can when we arrived and none to be found to put in the can. The toilets are very short and shallow and like another reviewer, my husband had some issues with that. Love the bunnies!

Summary: This property was rented through VRBO, but Vacasa did all of the contact and management of the rental. The house was very pretty, was in a very quiet setting and could be a very nice rental. However, upon arriving it had a number of big issues. The furnace was not functioning at all the first several days and it was below freezing at night. The second day they brought me some space heaters to help with the cold, but they overloaded the fuse box and it was hidden in such a way as to be near impossible to find and had half the house with no power for a day and a half. The fire stove is completely non functional so that was unable to be used to help the situation. There was a decent sized ant problem even though it was winter, and some mice in the walls making chewing noises near the bath tub which was very off putting. If the owner of the property took time to get the home ready for winter and address issues, this could be a perfect little rental. Vacasa offered me a refund of some fees for having no heat for the first several days, however after a month and a half of asking multiple members, no one seems willing to or able to process this refund. Sadly, I have to give it a poor rating overall due to the issues and I did everything in my power to be understanding that things happen, but the follow through on the refund for my efforts was the final bad experience.

Summary: Great comfortable place for family thanksgiving. Large couch. Needed some repairs normal stool ran all time slow draining. No lamps or lights in front room. But loved secluded location, good parking, close to our kids.i would use again.
