Summary: This sweet home has so much potential. Overall, the home gave us what I needed which was a big kitchen and dining room since I was fixing an early Thanksgiving dinner for my family…some local some from Dallas area. A few maintenance issues were my main dislike….1) bad soft spot on dining room floor, leak in roof on a rainy day, dirty front porch/front walk. But overall could be a beautiful place to stay with a bit of help.The pool is awesome but because of time of year we didn’t use it but I certainly would if Summer!

Summary: The house is well appointed with a lot of vintage charm. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax with family. The pool was a bonus too! We would definitely return.

Summary: Great location, spacious, pool and pet friendly was a great perk. Lots of extras made it convenient and cozy. The only reason I didn't score 5 stars was the air conditioning temp in house. The temp in house never got under 77 during day and 72 at night. Upstairs stayed hotter than that.

Summary: I really enjoyed the coziness of this property. Everything I needed was available for my family and I. I have stayed in several rental homes but the customer care of this home was by far the best. I would definitely choose this property again.

Summary: We were disappointed there was no hot tub as advertised and a few minor cleaning details. Other than that, we loved the home and amenities available. The historic neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, nearby highways provide road noise that we appreciated as white noise. The pet toys, abundant supply of bedding, staple groceries and overall space was more than we expected. When we needed to reach the owner or property mgr late at night, they were very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Beaumont.

Summary: This house is gorgeous and has a lot of space. They also have dog beds and toys for the fur babies. We had a great stay and Brittany was quick to responde to us and very kind. We highly recommend and will stay again in the future.
