Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath modern home in Old Town Scottsdale. There is a master suite and then two other spacious bedrooms that each sleep 4 comfortably. There is large great room off the kitchen with a 65" smartTV. The dining area is furnished with an oversized custom made table that offers seating for ten plus a large island with seating for 5! The Kitchen is so fresh beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is huge and features a nice sized patio area and large grassy area with paver patio extension w/more chairs, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, and pool with lounge chairs! The home also has WiFi, Youtube TV, TV's w/smart blu ray players for Netflix/Hulu, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area of Scottsdale close to the 101 freeway, Talking Stick Resort/Casino, Odysea aquarium (largest aquarium in the southwest) and the center of Old Town Scottsdale. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golfing. This place has it all!

Summary: Just this past weekend I stayed here with six girlfriends. The house is exactly as shown in the photos- sooo cute! The location of the house was ideal for majority of our outings and Uber/Lyft were not hard to come by. Don’t let the pool not being heated throw you off- it gets HOT and this pool is refreshing. I liked how there were plenty of seats no matter where our group congregated. Shannon was an absolute delight to deal with and was always prompt in her kind responses. If I ever return to Scottsdale, I would 100% stay here again. Thanks Shannon for sharing your adorable home with us :)

Summary: Super cute house with a really nice pool. It was spacious for me and 9 of my friends and a great space for a bachelorette trip! Very close to town and Uber’s were pretty easy to get. Only issue is we were unable to get to the trash can because the gate was rusted closed. I just let shannon know that we were leaving our garbage in the house on the day we checked out.

Summary: We had a great time staying here! The photos are accurate to the property. However, we had some issues with the kitchen. First, the appliances were pretty dirty and everything needed to be cleaned before use. Additionally, the house was supposed to sleep up to 12 people but there were only enough utensils in the houe for 5! We had to share forks, etc. for the entire weekend. There were also no containers to store leftover food, no baking sheets or anything to to put in the oven to cook on. So we were a little disappointed with how inconvenient the kitchen was given that we had groceries delivered to cook dinner/breakfast a few times throughout the weekend. Otherwise, the pool was great and the house suited our needs. One last thing that was pretty inconvenient -- there is a LOUD noise that comes from the water hookup outside. The hookup is in between two of the bedrooms and is extremely loud. It woke everyone in the house up multiple times per night. I don't know if this is an ongoing issues or if we were just the unlucky ones there when something happened. The property owner is very responsive. She answered all my questions timely before we arrived and even let us check in early since we arrived to Scottscale in the morning. I definitely give her communications 5 stars.

Summary: Brought the kids to Scottsdale for spring break, house is adorable, location is great! Close to camelback, old town, and just 20 min from the airport.

Summary: The home has been updated with modern decor, however, it was not cleaned very thoroughly before our arrival. We think the previous renters had a party. The manager offered to have a cleaning person come by but my husband and I didn’t want someone there as we settled in. The bedding in two of the bedrooms was heavily stained, the master bedroom rug was, as well. The sliding door to patio was broken and unusable. The patio furniture was dirty and frayed. This was not the home my family was hoping to relax in.
