Summary: Pros Location was good Nice beach views from some vantage points Kitchen and dinning room was spacious 3 full bathrooms available Spacious primary and bathroom Ice maker was an excellent addition Very nice neighborhood and community Easy access to beach by foot Well maintained community Cons No key in lockbox/front door had to remain unlocked Smoke alarm was chirping Located several smoke alarms not even in working condition Bedding not very comfortable Large couch was difficult to sit on Furniture in bedrooms was limited, not much access to drawers or areas for clothing Most remotes had no batteries Issues with all 4 televisions, could not access barely any channels Many appliances and amenities were not in working order Refrigerator took almost 24 hrs to get food items cold Limited sitting on the deck areas Trash cans were left out on street by previous tenants Decor was limited and very basic Wish we would have been notified ahead of time about the golf cart tunnel between the neighborhoods and it’s beach access

Summary: The house itself is nice with comfortable beds. Great location for walking to a nice beach. Good amount of space with an open living room. However, do not book this place until you know the dishwasher has been addressed. We opened it up and I almost threw up because there had been water pooling on the bottom with MOLD. So obviously this is an ongoing problem that just hasn’t been addressed. The smell was so so awful. We were never informed of a broken dishwasher. There was also a bucket of nasty water underneath the sink collecting water. There were no batteries for a lot of the remotes and I didn’t know how to use the TVs in the the other rooms. There is also no cleaning supplies to use to help keep counter clean during the stay. No trash bags were provided. We were also woken up at 2am due to a low battery in a small alarm. The wifi password wasn’t working according to those who tried to connect. That was all quite frustrating.

Summary: Pros: Liked have a key and all the door locks made me feel very safe. Kitchen had lots of supplies. Beds were very comfortable. Refrigerator had ice and water dispenser. Cons: The secondary bedroom TVs didn’t connect to anything so we couldn’t use them, one of the remotes didn’t even have batteries in it. The cushions on the couches kept slipping forward making it difficult to be comfortable.

Summary: Just a few suggestions to make it better! Supply some basic needs like toilet paper and paper towels. We arrived late because of flight complications. Couldn’t do our usual shopping. No toilet paper was quite upsetting. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom. It would have been nice to have a bureau to put our clothes in instead of living out of our suitcases. We were unable to get the tvs working. The remotes were either without batteries or the batteries were corroded plus the circuit had been tripped. The house was very clean but these other things are just as important!

Summary: The house was great and fit all of our needs during our 3 night stay. It was very clean when we arrived and we loved having the beach just a short walk away. We had some issues with the TVs and the multiple remotes- a guide and labeled remotes would help the confusion. Aside from that, we had no issues during our stay and the community was quiet and felt very safe for families.

Summary: It’s a nice house, close to the beach, pretty nice and clean inside. Had some issues with toilet closest to the kitchen cutting off and also all the power for living room and kitchen didn’t work and the breaker kept tripping. Otherwise AC worked and it was nice.

Summary: Property was very close to beach for easy walking access. We’re able to view waves from a distance on the deck. Rooms had comfortable beds and baths. Could use some end tables in bedrooms and living room. Dryer needs the vent hose replaced as it kinks from being too long.
