Summary: The house was very nice. Just to be clear. It is on four floors. The bottom has 1 bathroom, pool table and laundry. 1st floor has kitchen, dining room and living room. 2nd floor has bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 3rd floor has two bedrooms. So, you will be climbing lots of stairs. Bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Maybe a dresser or table could help us organize our items better. Bathrooms were average, showers were good. Kitchen was a bit small, with bare bones basics. I think there might have been two forks, so if you are ordering takeout, ask for utensils. Laundry worked nicely for us. We could not get the code on the doorknob to work when we first arrived, but other solutions were available. Checkout instructions arrived after we departed, but most of the requirements were already done. Definitely worth the cost!

Summary: The owner was very responsive before and throughout our stay. The property was easy to find and was exactly what we needed for temporary housing due to a job change. It is a typical east coast urban home, lots of stairs. But everything was as advertised and we had a great stay.

Summary: We had a great weekend. The house fit our needs well. Patrick was quick to respond to questions and issues. We ended up having 2 extra guests, so he reacted to providing extra towels quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The floors could have been cleaner but were ok. We were only able to find 2 of the 3 extra trifold mattresses, but ended up not needing it, so all worked out fine. We would rent again and recommend the listing.
