300 sqm-villa combines a modern & minimalist style and a traditional andalusian touch. Built in 2009, it offers stunning views to Gibraltar Rock & mediterranean sea.
This two-level house has been designed to enjoy outside areas also from the inside thanks to its oversized windows and glass walls, thus assuring stunning sea-views from practically every corner.
Located in the quiet & peaceful San Diego resort, a mere 2 km off the prestigious Sotogrande port & polo club. Proximity to the best golf courses in 'Costa del Sol' (Valderrama, Finca Cortesin, Sotogrande) and to two pristine Mediterranean beaches (just 300 metres away), guarantees a relaxing experience in Southern Spain.
Ground floor is a gorgeous open & lofty space which comprises a sea-view fully equipped kitchen, dining room & living room with fire place. There is also a small guest-toilet close to the kitchen.
Ground floor is completed with two rooms: one designed as tv room & working space with direct access to the swimming pool area (it can be also used as sleeping room). The second room is a guest suite, with its own full bathroom and direct access to the garden area.
First floor has two independent suites, one at each side of a stylish stairway. Master-suite has been decorated with a combination of traditional Andalusian materials & etno-chick furniture. It includes a fully equipped master-bathroom & a 30 sqm-terrace with stunning views to the Mediterranean sea.
Similarly, the second suite also has its own bathroom and terrace overlooking Gibraltar Rock & the sea.
Property has a 10 x 5 metres pool fully integrated into the house, thus making you feel like touching the Mediterranean sea from the living room.
1.000 sqm of landscaped garden with traditional Mediterranean flowers such as Bouganvillas, Jazzmin & 'Dama de noche' + 2 terraces complete this unique spot in Southern Spain.

Summary: We stayed for 15 days . The host kindly let us check in earlier due to flight times changing . The house is very comfortable , with everything you could need . The pool is just the right size and with 3 young adults , we didn’t feel on top of each other . We also met the neighbours , who are friendly . The house is located in an ideal area for peace and quiet , but with all amenities close by . I do recommend having transport , although taxis / Ubers are available too . The check in is easy and all is explained clearly . We hired a cleaner , which is recommended of you are staying more than a week . We will definitely be back soon .

Summary: We had a fabulous Easter break at Casa Fina, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking! As soon as we arrived the place felt like home, check in was simple and the information provided by Guillermo was very handy. He was a lovely host who was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The location of the villa is great, you will need a car to get around, but there are so many places to visit within a short drive. You can walk down to the beach, but the walk back is up a steep hill which may be difficult for some. The villa is well equipped with utensils and towels etc and all the appliances are of a high standard. The pool is lovely, if a little chilly at this time of year it is much bigger than it looks on the pictures and we all enjoyed playing swimming in it each day. All in all a fantastic break in the perfect location. We will be back I'm sure.

Summary: Excellent positioned property with a laid back feel. Great sea view and big po suitable for at least 6 people. Lots of shady places to chill and large grassy areas for playing. 20 min drive from Gibraltar. 5 mins to sotogrande and 7 min walk to nearest beach. Our host was quick to respond to all requests and very friendly

Summary: The house is beautiful, especially the pool and backyard with amazing views! It is a quick drive to several beaches and restaurants. The air conditioning was great. We had several minor issues, but the host addressed them immediately and fixed them. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Perfect getaway house and location. We spent more time at the pool than the beaches. Very handy location for visiting Gibraltar, Gaucin and Ronda. Easy access for waterfront restaurants or village supermarkets. Found a great paella takeout in Guadiaro. Would definitely go back.

Summary: Wow what a wonderful time. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The views from the patio and 2nd floor bedroom balconies are absolutely stunning. The Costa del Sol can be viewed in all its glory to the south and west with Sotogrande in the foreground and Gibraltar just beyond. Truly a pleasant view to wake up to! Towels and linens were provided clean and the pool was beyond expectation. Recommend picking up a float or two to relax on in the water after a long day at the beach. Playa de Torreguadiaro is the better of the beaches within 5 min drive from the villa. Plenty of Chiringuitos to relax and grab a drink at as well. Grocery, dining, entertainment all within 5-10 minutes. A gracious thanks to Guillermo for his speedy responses and help with checking in. One critique would be to have a folder/binder with information about the area and house in case of emergency. We accidentally set off the house alarm and could not figure how to turn it off! This would be helpful but certainly it’s absence doesn’t detract from the experience.

Summary: This beautiful house offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday in Andalucia. We were seven guys staying for one week there and were a lot of chilling at the pool area. But we also relaxed at the second terrace equipped with shades directly located next to the side entry. The house is in general well equipped, talking of four bathrooms, four bedromms as well as the kitchen. On top, the communication with Guillermo was very easy and smooth. He answers quickly and took care of everything. All in all, it was a very nice stay there.
