Summary: This is our second season ice climbing from this apartment. For ice climbing It's location couldn't be better. The actual place is nicely done, clean, warm etc. It is OK for 2 adults - either sharing the double bed or using the bed and bed settee as we did. Theoretically you could fit 3 or 4 in, but not if you have a lot of equipment, and drying to do each night. Communication and help from the owner was excellent. Highly recommended.

Summary: Perfect location for access to the world class ice climbing in the area. No need to drive to access Valnontey's many routes. The place it's self was lovely; well maintained, clean, warm, charming. The owner was very helpful, excellent communication.

Summary: We had a great time in Valnontey! The appartment is brand new, has all facilities you need and is well decorated (in cute mountainstyle). The tiny hamlet where the appartment is situated is like a little village out of a fairytale. The appartment is surrounded by impressive nature. At the same time, just around the corner, you find a tiny store to buy your 'alimentari' and a restaurant where some traditional dishes are served. Last but not least, the owner is a very kind and enthusiastic man! He is willing to explain everything and help out on anything. If you love mountains, hiking and tiny villages, this is your place to be!
