Summary: This property is super clean, comfortable and easy to get to in a safe well lit neighborhood with a ton of food choices nearby. We will definitely be back for more shows and will pick this one every time. Thank you so much for having us!

Summary: I was a first-time nervous VRBO’er and booked this townhouse for a concert at Truist Park. The communication was quick and helpful. Once we checked in the townhouse was much nicer than the photos showed. The place was clean the air was cold and I could not have found a better place to stay. Ordering an Uber was just as easy, getting to and from the venue. Our plan B was to walk back to the townhome if needed but that never happened.

Summary: I was charged for a smoke smell but we do not smoke. It smelled like smoke when we got there. Mildew in bathroom. Musty smell. No one ever got back to me.

Summary: A VRBO booking to make for NYE was brought to my attention on Christmas by a couple of friends who had never made one before. I knew immediately how hard it would be to find even the most “decent” place to stay on such short notice. But the WATT Group provided me with a great home in a welcoming neighborhood. What you see in the photos is what you get and much more! The only gripe I have, were the overhead lights above the dining table weren’t functioning. But other than that, if you’re looking for a home to stay with above par cleanliness, this is the place to be.

Summary: The property was an overall disappointment. There was a definite "animal/pet" odor in the unit. It looked better in the pictures than in reality. Finally, the amount of work required in the check-out procedures makes me wonder why the cleaning fee was so much. I'm afraid that we would only return to this property if there was absolutely nothing else available in the Atlanta area.

Summary: Excellent communication. Issue with door being locked but very fast communication. Very strong and obvious smoke smell. This should be declared in listing. Especially upstairs. There were scent sticks all over to mask it. Also very damp in air. There were damp rid bags in all closets to try and collect moisture. They did offer discount for smoke. Which I accepted. But only because I couldn't find accommodations that short notice. Neighborhood was good. Very close to braves stadium. I wouldn't stay again because of smoke but if it isn't a concern to you it is a good place to stay.

Summary: This was a great location, far enough out of the city to feel safe, but close enough to get everywhere easily. I appreciated having a spot to park our car off the street. The fenced in yard and deck area looked very nice although we didn't use that area. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We used 1 of the air mattresses. It worked great and was nice to have available. There are plenty of towels/linenes.
