Summary: The studio is very clean, comfortable, and is easy to access in a quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants within close proximity to the studio.

Summary: I was in the area for the weekend with tickets to see Hamilton. Booked this little studio for a bit more privacy than a hotel in the heart of the city. The studio itself was very nice and comfortable. The bed and linens were great. The shower? FANTASTIC! The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5-star review is the noise level. The studio is attached to the owner's home. Each morning before 7am, the front door of the main home (which adjoins the wall where the head of the bed in the studio is positioned) began opening and closing and slamming. Saturday morning there were noises which sounded like hammering at 6:15am. Sunday morning the owner's husband was standing on the front porch outside the door of the studio talking INTO the main home quite loudly - also around 6:30am. The driveway is just outside the window where a very loud work truck is parked and an engine revved every morning before 7am. Understand the need to work, but possibly park the work vehicle on the street and the personal in the drive. Aside from not being able to "sleep-in" on a weekend getaway, the rental was great!
