Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Blooming Grove while visiting our son at West Point. Very clean and cozy. Sue was great - very responsive. We mistakenly left something at the house when we departed and Sue let us know immediately and went above and beyond to mail it back to us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this cottage and were so distraught when we lost out on our 1st Friday night stay due to horrific air travel where a canceled flight pushed us to Saturday arrival. Luckily we made our wedding and were able to stay in this beautiful cottage for a couple of days and experience the gorgeous New York country side. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Summary: We had a lovely long weekend stay and highly recommend this property! Sue was very friendly and extremely helpful with hiking and farmers market suggestions. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was especially easy to use with much higher quality dishes, utensils, etc. than typical, which we appreciated! The deck is private and relaxing. We enjoyed hiking on Schunnemunk Mountain and watching trains on the Moodna Viaduct and Storm King Art Center, both very close by. Black Creek Preserve was further away but wonderful. Thanks for a great place to stay! One tip: we found the well water to taste metallic and ended up buying drinking water due to the taste.
