Summary: The house was great for our family of 4. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and only 5 minutes away from a grocery store. It was nice being able to park a full size truck in the garage at night.

Summary: We flew into Denver for a wedding, and wanted to spend a few extra days to explore the area. Not wanting to be constrained in a hotel room, we decided to book a house. The property was in good condition, overall clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and in good order. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. We enjoyed our stay, and would book here again if in the area.

Summary: House was clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The backyard was a nice place to sit with morning coffee. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Grocery store and light rail station (RTD) is about a mile away and easy to access. $3 gets you to and from downtown Denver.

Summary: The place was as advertised, down in a quiet cul de sac. The view from the back patio is really lovely, with a small creek running nearby. Very relaxing. The bathtub with jets did not disappoint, and the shower in the shared bathroom has phenomenal water pressure. My friends and I enjoyed our stay, and we got what we expected. The check-in process was very easy.

Summary: My family and I stayed at the house for a close family member’s funeral in the area. The reservation, check in and check out process were very simple. We came over from Nebraska. The house was a nice home away from home for a tough weekend. It had everything we needed, so we were able to prepare breakfast before long days and relax after tough days. Also, the tub in the master bath was magnificent and I was sad to leave it behind. Thank you!
