Summary: The over-the-top reviews of this townhouse from prior travelers had our expectations already very high, and yet we were still blown away. The hygge-factor for this place is off the charts. From the abundant plants and flowers to the comfortable furniture, to the super cleanliness of every surface, to the historicity of the building and surrounding neighborhood, it really is a very special place.

Summary: We were so excited to be able to stay at this location! We have visited Aarhus many times and knew this location - and even this exact house- which was perfect for being right in town but also quiet. The house is beautiful and functional inside. The four of us had ample room for sleeping, eating and staying in on rainy afternoons. The outside space has beautiful greenery. We enjoyed the music system in the main room! There is a yummy bakery down the street, as well as coffee, restaurants and several grocery stores not far. The bus system is easy to use and many buses are 2 blocks away. Poul was a helpful and gracious host! I can’t recommend this home enough.

Summary: We loved staying at this home, it was designed so well and modern while keeping the integrity of the building itself. It was walkable to EVERYTHING, which was ideal because I found the taxi service in Århus to be extremely unreliable. My company is based here and when I come back for work, I will ONLY stay here!

Summary: Easy and punctual check in, uncomplicated chech out. Very friendly owner. The house has character, very practical and furnished with a lot of taste. Location perfect, you can visit almost all Aarhus attractions by foot. Better than a hotel, as you have all hotel comfort but much more space. Book the parking with it as difficult and expensive to park on the street.

Summary: We can't fault our stay at Poul's home...everything was perfect! The house was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Poul was receptive and answered any questions we had promptly. The location is perfect for exploring Aarhus. We will certainly stay here again when we next return.
