Imagine feeling at “home” in the center of Ft. Lauderdale. This ONE-BEDROOM plus OFFICE home is actually “half” a large South-Florida style home. (In other words - it's a duplex with a PRIVATE entrance and FENCED yard.)
It's bright, clean and spacious and has been completely renovated. Granite counter-tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen, complete with breakfast bar. New flooring through-out, large shower in the bathroom - queen-sized bed - tastefully decorated furniture. Best of all, it's comfortable.
Enjoy 'Cheeseburgers-in Paradise' in a tropical setting on the outside patio (yes bar-b-que provided). The yard is fenced for privacy. Air conditioning, high speed WIFI internet, flat screen TV (full package HDTV), off-street parking, linens and bath towels, kitchen equipped.
The location is awesome. We're in beautiful "Victoria Park", Ft. Lauderdale, Florida close to downtown and trendy Las Olas Boulevard - perfect for shopping, dining and night life. Fresh Market (groceries) is only a block away. A beautiful white sand beach is a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the sun, swim in the turquoise-blue ocean or watch the cruise ships head out to sea.
Ft. Lauderdale is known as 'The Venice of America' with all its beautiful canals and bays - and home to some of the world's most magnificent yachts. It's an ocean lover's paradise. There's much to do - fish, sail or kite-board. Don't miss a free ride up the river on the "water taxi". Or if you’re more into land based things, visit the Museum of Art, Museum of Discovery & Science or take in a live theater performance.
Make this your home base. Rent a car and go for a couple afternoon outings. Explore Alligator Alley, visit the Seminole Indian Tribe and watch them wrestle alligators. Drive down South Beach’s famous Deco Drive and sample the Florida Keys.

Summary: Great home in a pretty neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and stores. The house is very clean, has great space and a comfortable bed. Bring your own shower soap and shampoo or buy it locally. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive as you hear the neighbor/tv through the adjoining bedroom wall. Oh and super nice outdoor area too! I met the lovely host Shirley who is wonderful and kind! I would definitely love to stay again!

Summary: Owners and managers were wonderful. Home is well maintained. Busy street and maybe a little further from ocean but that’s our fault too for not knowing the area. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Summary: Shirley and Boris were wonderful hosts. Highly responsive and flexible. They were very understanding and accommodating of our schedule. We needed to extend our stay with little notice and they were happy to help us. Very clean and comfortable house with all of the accommodations a guest needs.

Summary: Excellent spot for walking in Fort Lauderdale - just a block to Fresh Market, and not far from The Whole Enchilada, a great lunch place. We walked to Los Olas daily and also rented electric bikes. We were in the heart of everything we wanted to do. Very gracious and welcoming hosts!
