Charm and calm absolute for this beautiful villa of 100m ² entirely renovated.
Large living room with beautiful bay window wrought iron opening onto the garden and pool. Friendly fully equipped kitchen with access to the living room and the shaded outdoor terrace, surrounded by lavender.
On the ground floor: 1 spacious bedroom with bed 160x200 and a bedroom with bed 140x200 giving direct access to the garden and pool by a French window. Nice bathroom for these two rooms with very large walk-in shower, double sinks and wc apart. Upstairs, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc.
Facilities: TV-DVD - internet - dishwasher - washing machine - microwave - oven - hob with induction hob - fridge-freezer - gas grill _ espresso and filter coffee maker - kettle - toaster - hair dryer .
Plot: Garden with trees and flowers with large lawn (automatic watering) surrounding pool shaped pool with alarm complying with NF. P.90 and equipped if necessary with a removable fence. Provision of a very large trampoline, a ping pong table, a basketball on foot.
A large terrace covered with a wisteria and overlooking the pool runs along the house and is home to the sun.
Part of the land remains wooded where you can venture through many small paths. There is also an orchard with pomiers, plum trees, cherry trees and fig trees.
House at the foot of the Luberon not overlooked 1,5km from the charming village of Rognes and 19km from Aix en Provence. Great location to discover the provencal region. Tennis in the village, golf and horse riding 15 minutes, many hiking and sea at 40 minutes.

Summary: We enjoyed our 1 week stay in this typical Provence french house. All interior is excellent made and in perfect condition. The kitchen contains anything you could wish for, along with a folder with instructions for everything. Please do note that the pool is shared with the owners and not fully private. As they were away on their vacation while we rented the house, this was not a probelm during our week.

Summary: We had a great month. The villa is very well equipped and the hosts were so helpful - we became friends. The pool is perfect, the villa well equipped and the location is great - Rognes is a small friendly village with all facilities. Airport and TGV not far, and the amazing villages, cycling and walking of the Luberon Park a few minutes drive. Highly recommended.

Summary: A fabulous villa; very quiet location, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The good sized pool, tennis table, boules and large garden made it very family friendly. Rognes is a fantastic village to have so close with superb butcher, boulangeries and fruit and veg shop. Great attentive owners. Didn’t want to leave! One point to note is the upstairs twin bedroom is in the eaves and therefore has very low beams, not great for those over a certain height. Two good sized double bedrooms with full height ceilings downstairs though!
