Summary: Clean house in a convenient and quiet location. Close to many store and restaurants. House was well equipped. Sauna was a nice extra. Only complaints are that the bed in the third bedroom is not for adults and the towels need to be replaced. We would definitely rent the house again when in the area.

Summary: My friends and I absolutely LOVED this home. The host provided more than we needed (full kitchen equipment, lots of plates and cups/glasses, paper goods, lots of linen and towels)!!! Summary: I was there with three friends for a girls' getaway. We had a good stay in general. The location is good -- close to the beach, restaurants (a few walkable), grocery stores (a short drive), and some nearby towns that offered more options for strolling through a nice downtown / harbor. While nothing was broken to the point of being unusable, there were some things that were just a bit off or quirky. The screen door was fully ripped through, the dishwasher took some fidgeting to shut and start, etc. Nothing that dramatically impacted our time there. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the house was stocked with the essentials in terms of kitchen supplies and linens, etc. Nice fenced back yard for sitting, and the sauna was a fun extra. One note about the walk to the beach -- the direct route is very short, but also along a pretty busy road with a blind curve. We walked down that way and didn't feel super comfortable. We walked back along a different route which felt safer but much longer. As four adults, it was okay -- I'd feel less comfortable with younger kids. However the drive is also very fast and if you're hauling kids and gear you'd probably drive anyway. Check in and communication was good, no major issues or concerns. Overall a decent value for the price.

Summary: We stayed here while our floors were being redone. It was a great rental. We worked the whole time, so I really liked that it had a dedicated office (that could be turned into a bedroom, if needed). It was light and bright and clean. It had everything we needed. The house is on a cul-de-sac and seemed like a safe street. All the neighbors were very friendly. It's very close to the beach and the Woodmont area of Milford, which is beautiful for walks along the water.

Summary: The house was even more lovely than the photos. Great kitchen, dining, living room for entertaining. Comfy beds. Well stocked. Bonus lower level space ! Very nice, big!, patio and back yard. And the location is very convenient- even has a water view 😉 Manager was quickly responsive and very helpful. We recommend 100%. We’ll be back
