Positive: Excellent communication from the ownwers (Josef) and easy to find and gain access. Some small difficulty paying the tourist tax electronically (could have a pay pal or other fintec link) but other than that all good. Excellent access to Lucky area and lift and with more snow would be even easier. Boot warmers and ski cupboard in the chata.
Negative: Nothing really, heating controls and induction hob probably needed some explanation and odd there not being a sink in the toilet but these are really very small quibbles.
Summary: Very clean and comfortable accomodation with good facillities for preparing simple meals.

Positive: Good location, quiet area, clean house.
Negative: The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are horrible. My neck was hurting from the first night and my back from the second one. Early check-in or late check-out costs 90€ :(
Summary: Good but forgettable
