Summary: This classic French Chateau in a beautiful setting offers a small number of elegant rooms. Breakfast was fabulous. Our host Francois was really kind and considerate. A perfect stay just 30 mins from Cherbourg. Don't miss the opportunity to take dinner at nearby Le Bistro D'henry. Their cuisine is outstanding!

Summary: The ability to stay in a 13th century castle, beautifully maintained by the family that's had the property for nearly 200 years was exceptional. Breakfast was a delight, with home-made crepes, an assortment of bread and croissants, home-made jams, and plenty of coffee. The calm was serene!

Summary: Comfortable rooms at a fabulous old chateau, made extra special by the charming attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble, and her advice on what to see and do was spot on. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommended for a stay in Normandy.

Summary: This is such a beautiful chateau. It is very dramatic, from the tree-lined entrance to the tall towers and stunning gardens. We stayed in the family rooms, which were very convenient for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious (and so much food - our children were particularly delighted with it!). While we had booked a night as a convenient place to pause on our way back to Cherbourg, this beautiful B&B ensured it felt like a continuation of our holiday, rather than just an overnight stop on the way home.

Summary: The owner was very welcoming and greeted us as soon as we drove up to the front door. She fixed us a very french breakfast including homemade crepes. Delicious. The room was lovely and she even had real flax linen bed sheets…heavenly!
